I have been buying car for me and my family for many years. Every time when I started to make a negotiation with the Dealer salesperson I always had problems with the price of the car, hidden fees and much more. However, in the INFINITI of LYNBROOK I had a very good suprisse and impression. The sales person with the name Riju Manuel treats me with respect and honesty. He showed me the car and the Dealership price. All the time in a clear process he gave me all the information that I needed to make a very good decision to buy the car. I am strongly recommend this Dealership and his team if you want or need to buy an used or new car.

I would definitely recommend this dealership. The sales team was very accommodating and helpful without being overly pushy. They were also very friendly and what was necessary to make me happy with my purchase. My sales person was Brian who did a great job. I love my new ride and don’t feel like I got taken for one lol.

I've bought many cars from many dealers over the years and this was by far the best. I had to co-sign for a car with my son and it went really fast and smooth. No pressure to buy extras and we didn't feel like we were rushed at all. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Vibrating engine fan shroud.

Brought the car to service because of the noise originating in the fan area. Turned out to be loose fan shroud. Left the car and was given a loaner. Car was completed in the afternoon washed and because of the warranty it did not cost me a penny.
