What a Disgrace

onMy complaint lies, not with the sale of my car, but with the finance manager and general manager. From the first encounter Ms. Maue was abrupt and tried to tell me that I was cleared for a much higher interest rate. I had done my research and had already been pre-approved for a rate 1/2 of what she quoted me. Amazingly, after I told her what I was able to get, she was able to get me an even lower rate.
Next we come to the extended warranty. I had issues with my vehicle and decided to trade it in (not for another Acura). I, again, had to deal with the lovely Ms. Maue who tried to prevent me from receiving my full refund, as per Acura Corporate Care had told me I was due. I received less the half of the total amount and had to fight for the better part of 2 months to receive my entire refund. Kudos to corporate for all of their help. How my others have be scammed?
