I was a returning customer trading in a vehicle I purchased from them 4 years ago. I was promised $11000 for my trade, trusted them and they never went over the deal or the numbers on the contracts. I ended up only getting $8500 for my trade which I noticed the next day go over the papers at home. Called the dealer to point out the discrepancy and they told me too bad since the deal was done. Beware of the sales staff.
