Thankfully, I called before driving all the way there. The car is listed on Edmunds for $1995.00. When I called to question the price, because it seemed low, I was told it's $1995.00 DOWN, and that if I followed the link, it clearly showed that. I then followed the link with the person on the phone and informed them that there was absolutely no place, through any link that indicated this was a down payment price. I was then told "oh, well if you go to the dealer's website, it will show the actual price." I clicked on the link to the dealer's actual website and did not find the vehicle. Let me add that when I called and said that I was doing so to confirm a price listed on Edmunds, the representative IMMEDIATELY knew what I was talking about as the reply was "that's the $1995.00 down payment price for that car." When I said that I could not find the same car on the dealer's website, I was told "the car is there, you just need to keep scrolling through." I finally asked if they could just tell me the price because I couldn't find it, I was told "we are not allowed to discuss prices over the phone." So, this tells me that the Dealer is playing games and totally dishonest. They bait you with a low price that doesn't exist. I don't know why Edmunds allows them to post this fraud on THEIR website. Stay away from this dealer.

I called and was told that the car is available. I made an appointment with an agent for test drive. When I arrived to the dealership I was told the car is in another location. Prices that are on edmunds are misleading since it is finance pricing. If you want to pay in cash the price is doubled.

Test drove vehicle and ready to make deal for purchase. Nothing stated about financing as i was presening certified check. Price went up by thousands. After dispute and time spent they said someone put down on vehicle. Very bad establishment

Called about a car in the afternoon. Was told it was available and to come down. My wife traveled 2 hours to buy it that evening. Was told it was sold an hour ago. I called the dealership immediately to inquire about the car. Was told it was available and to come down to test drive. When I confronted them they made up excuses. These guys are [non-permissible content removed]. They are shady. I spoke to a salesman and 2 managers and they all had a different answer for me. Don't waste your time with this dealership. It's phony.

I am grateful for all the reviews. Saved me a cross-country trip. Now I understand why dealership did not want to talk to my bank that was financing the purchase. Dealing with my bank would make it tougher for them to bait and switch.

I gave this place a chance despite all of the bad reviews...and that was a huge mistake! TOTALLY DISHONEST! They will lie to you on the phone just to get you in the store. I called in the morning to check on the availability of a car and after it was confirmed, I asked very firmly about the price and the fees going along with it. This is not my first rodeo and I know how used car dealers work. I was told that the only added-on fees would be a $995 prep fee. I repeated the information several times over the phone...$11,890 for the car and then $995 for the prep fee and then taxes and DMV fees. Yes, good, yes, okay, all clear, yes, good. We drove all the way out to Long Island and after we saw the car and everything, the salesman was adding figures while telling us about the free oil change that the car gets in the next year. He was adding an additional certification fee of $3,500!!!! I told him to back up and explain the figures and he said that I have to pay an extra $3500 to compensate for the car's certification! And this was after we confirmed multiple times on the phone that there were no extra fees on top of the extra grand. that was mentioned. I was prepared to pay around $13k for the car and by the time his calculations were done he said it was going to cost $17,500 NOT including taxes, DMV fees, or interest! It was the WORST experience I ever had at a car dealer. These people are super shady. They are completely dishonest and will say anything to get you in the store and hope to catch you out and charge you an extra few grand despite contrary information prior. The man who I spoke to on the phone before conveniently was not around and the manager explained that that their phone team doesn't always have the right information... Then in that case, you ought not be giving misleading information over the phone and getting people to waste hours driving out and then shopping and then having to find another dealer on such short notice. I am filing a report with the Better Business Bureau (I just checked and the dealer already has 14 official complaints against them). DO NOT SHOP HERE. They will tell you whatever it takes on the phone to get you in the store. They are TOTALLY dishonest. Complete waste of a day, especially for those driving from outside Long Island!

My husband saw a used car advertised for $20,800. At the dealership so many taxes and fees were added the price jumped to $35,000. My husband was confused because Rich (the mananger) kept insisting that the financing was $28,857.96. He led my husband to think that the entire cost of the car WITH financing was $28,857.96. However, this amount did not include the down payment my husband put down which was $5,400. Nor did it include the financing. The total cost of the car is $35,000. With the financing the car will cost $40,000. The blue book value on this car is $24,000. So the dealer sold us a used car valued at $24,000 car for $35,000. I went to the dealership with my husband and argued with Rich regarding the price. He refused to acknowledge verbally that the car was costing $35,000. He kept saying that the financing was $28,857. As though the $5,400 my husband had paid was not part of the deal. I have never encountered such an unscrupulous business. Do yourself a favor and run as far way from this dealership as possible.

No matter what price they advertise anywhere (their website, CarFax) they will add an additional $2500 to it once you get there and they won't budge. They point to some small print on the bottom of their website that says "All advertised prices are subject to $2495 down payment and finance through dealer." I would have put the money down and financed the rest for the advertised price, no problem. But they are using this to say that they can charge you an additional $2495 on top of the price. That is clearly NOT what it says, nor is this reputable. This place is a SCAM. Warning: stay far away!

I drove 4 hours to get a specific car and then was told that the actual price is $2500 more than what is advertised among many websites. After 4hrs and a bunch of games I obtained my own financing and then was told the price increased again by another $3000 because I wasn't using their finance company. So I tried to pay cash and the price increases; never heard that anywhere for anything ever. Sales and finance mangers were rude and disrespectful. Overall worst dealership I have ever been too.
