Thank you Romano Jeep, Chris C and Mr. Jones for making this one of the best experience I have had buying a car. This team went above and beyond to help me purchase a newer vehicle. Chris C was exceptional to work with. There was no pressure placed on me to purchase and he makes himself available to answer any questions that you may have. Mr. Jones was very through going over the payment options and extras that could be purchased with the vehicle. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase either a new or used vehicle from this dealership. They are top notch!!!!!

My wife and I were shopping around for a new Jeep. We decided to make our purchase from Romano because of our great experience with their sales team. Ben Meade made us feel comfortable and he didn’t try to pressure us like some other dealerships did. Ben treated us like people not like another sale, it was truly refreshing. We could have gone to any Jeep dealership. We will continue to return to Romano because of the great customer service skills that Ben demonstrated.

I do not know where to even begin to Thank ROMANOS CHRIS CLEMONS AND THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT for everything they did to get me into my New Compass!! Worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. They were great until they knew, they had the sale, then they were terrible. I ordered a special package configuration and they got it from another dealership. Communication ceased, I had to call to get any updates about the process. about a week later I call and find out it will be there that night. I talk with that sales man and we agree that I come in the next morning as soon as they open to inspect the vehicle. After taking time off of work I show up, and the vehicle ISN'T there! after waiting it still hadn't arrived and I had to leave to go to work. I looked at ever dealership in the area. If one had the same configuration I would have purchased there but no other dealership had that same configuration. After all that the time they wasted and the hassle I had to go through was only worth a single oil change to them. Worst experience I have ever had. Go to drivers village.

Hi I bought a car from them which they changed the pickup date and after that they didn’t keep their promises.They sold me a car with only 1 key and told me after a week I’m going to have other one, a few weeks later I’m still waiting for my spare key. I’ve been with Romano for over 10 years and I think that that is enough.

The sales staff work as a real team. From the internet specialist to sales and finance. I met with several people throughout and really felt comforable. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I got a fair price for my trade-in. My car was a 'previously-enjoyed' vehicle, and they fixed my concerns and detailed it before I picked it up. Nothing was left out. I'm really happy!

Leased a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee in early January. Our salesman was Josh G. he was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the Cherokee. He was very patient with me about pricing and options, and my many questions .We traded in a 2013 Compass, the Cherokee is a far better vehicle. My 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited is the 14th car I have purchased in my lifetime. My experience this time was definitely different from the past purchases. My salesman Mike, and his Manager Ron, made the entire process feel like it was about making me happy, as opposed to them just 'closing a deal'.
