Rude!!!

I would give a zero if I could. Made promises for extra keys and manual . Four months and many excuses later Larry says I'm not entitled to them! His rude and degrading attitude is something no customer should ever have to deal with. And the salesman who led me on for four months was no better!

they had a come-on with a chance to win something so I stopped in. They were having a "sale" with a Fargo Bank guy there and before I knew it I bought a used Avalon. I got swept along and ended up paying 10,000 more than the car was worth, I realize it was my fault for being taken in. I went back to the dealer and they wanted to hear nothing about my stupidity. It seems that something called a conscience would kick in and to realize that they were dealing with a 81 year old fellow. Be careful with them

I won't go into too much detail of the several events that occurred, but I will say that I honestly do not ever want to step foot in this "establishment" ever again. The moral of the story: ask, ask, ask! This dealership does not and will not give you the answers to everything you may or may not ask. The only positive outcome of my horrendous experience with this dealership is that I will be a smarter consumer the next time I purchase a vehicle, and it most definitely will not be from here! To put it bluntly: if it were the last place on earth to buy a vehicle, I'd rather walk everywhere I have to go. A few notes I'd like to point out: sales made me feel responsible for them having to work 'endlessly' to strike a deal with a bank; both sales & the owner himself disrespected me & my two year old son, and implied that I am a liar and further stated that "I duped them;" finance has not held up their end of the agreement either, (most dealers take care of your traded vehicle's loan within a few days) my loan has yet to be paid off 3 weeks later! And lastly, not even a week after having the vehicle in my possession, the brakes that were "OK'd" by them during inspection, sounded like metal on metal. When my mother in law took the vehicle in to be serviced, it was stated at first that nothing was wrong. (Brakes were fixed hours after the initial appointment time). To say the least, I do not trust this place, I do not take their word seriously; more recently, it has come to my attention that they don't appreciate me writing my honest opinion and true statements from the events of my experience. I've been asked by this dealership to remove my review off of yelp! However, I feel that stating my honest opinion is not of their concern -- only to the extent that if it bothers them so much, maybe they should learn from my review(s) and adjust their internal protocol to mitigate this situation ever happening again. To anyone dealing with issues regarding Larry Spacc GMC, I'd suggest filing a complaint with the State Attorney General.
