I just purchased purchased a car three days ago for my daughter at Southshore Kia in Copiague NY, and before I got the car I asked the sales person how many keys the car came with and he assured me that he had more than one key only to find out after I made the transaction that the car only had one key, then when I called back today he told me it was a used car, and used cars don’t always come with two sets of keys, so now I have to purchase another key for $300 so I told him why didn’t you say that before I bought the car. I felt like he just said anything to get to sale, so therefore I felt like he lied just so he can get the sale. He also gave me the wrong information about the warranty on the car. I personally would never ever refer anybody to that dealership again. This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had with any dealership that I used in the past. So South shore Kia gets 👎🏽👎🏽

Stuart was professional with my daughter for her first-time car purchase/lease. He was thorough in his presentation and test-drive of the vehicle which was important in our decision. Stuart is friendly and helps you feel relaxed without the high-pressured sales techniques that turn me off. Having recently bought a house that has altered my commute each way from 15 minutes to an hour, I decided to trade in my car for one with better fuel economy. After some research I narrowed my selections to gas-electric hybrids, and decided that a Kia Niro best met my criteria for functionality and aesthetic, pending a test drive. I chose South Shore Kia in Copiague based on a combination of proximity and reviews. Salesman Stuart Seidenberg spent nearly three hours with me and was knowledgeable and good natured and uniformly patient and attentive without being aggressive. Andrew, the manager, and Mike, who handled financing, were also congenial and helpful in expediting the process. I feel confident that I have gotten a fair deal on a car that is right for me. I am appreciative of the entire experience as satisfying personally as it was professionally, and recommend South Shore Kia and Stuart.
