Buyer beware

Mislead in to buying a service contract that was not needed. The contract can be cancelled only through the dealership, and they refuse to cancel it, in my case only 45min. after purchase. 1 star is too high of a rating for this place. Fraud!

This is a review of Canandaigua Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Do not ever buy or lease a vehicle from this company. They do not care about their customers. They sell cars that have problems that should be fixed before selling or leasing them. They do not. I bought a Trail Blazer on 4/8/2015, when I got home I noticed the rear wiper and the gas gage did not work, also the check engine light came on, and the battery for the keys were dead. I called them the next day, hoping they would fix the problems. I was told that nothing was under warrenty. The car had only 89000 miles on it. I E-mailed them in hopes of a response other than nothing was under warrenty. They did E-mail back. Several people in fact, all telling me this was not their field and they could not help. Finally Dick Clark called me back. Again I was told he was not the correct person to speak with. One more person I had to speak with, the used car manager. I told him about the problems that should have been fixed before a customer ever got in the car and he told me it was not his problem, or the right department. I never got the problems resolved so BUYER BEWARE!! Do not purchase or lease a vehicle from these guys. They dont care at all for their customers or stand behind their vehicles.

These guys are great! They operate with a one price strategy so you don't have to worry about haggling. They gave me a competitive price and took very good care of me. They actually brought me a car to drive for a day so I could feel comforatble about the vehicle. For service, they will pick up your car and deliver it. Doesn't get much better than that!

WOW! A dealership that understands what it is like to be a customer. All information is given to you up front. Not the typical commitment driven sales process. They even drive to your home or work to pick up your vehicle for any and all service appointments. I would strongly recomend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new or used car!
