Problem never solved.

onMy 2011 Sahara Unlimited has been to the service department about 10 times in four months. They even keep it for 4 days on one visit, and it is still leaking. Nobody knows how to solve this problem. They have not once offerd me another truck. I had to call chrysler to get some action taken. Once they get your money its a joke. I will never deal with this dealership again.
They also love to play games on the phone. Telling you the manager is gone for the day, or to busy to come to the phone. Then they never return your call.
