Fox Subaru in Auburn, NY is adamant that theres no way for a brake pad to fall completely out. They say that its impossible to drive a car without a brake pad. They also say that theres no way that they would let a vehicle leave without a brake pad. Thats weird since nobody has ever worked on the brakes since Ive owned it yet it is still missing. The only person thats even touched the tires is me when I change my wifes summer tires and rims for winter tires and rims. So I guess Fox Subaru thinks that Im a liar and Im just trying to get something out of the dealership. Surely wont be going back there for our next Subaru.

Great Buying Experience

My wife and I had begun the search for a reliable pre-owned Subaru. While visiting Fox Subaru in Auburn, NY we were helped by Zachary Perun, part of the Fox sales team. Zachary was very informative and offered to help us in our search. During the weeks that followed Zach made service calls to us and always offering to help if we should need it. I received a message on my phone from Zach letting me know he had something that might be of interest to me. My wife and I stopped by Fox and spoke further with Zach Perun, who was always respectful and considerate. After a test drive, further conversation and investigation, my wife and I decided that Zach had offered just the right vehicle to us. The financial agreement was without stress and pressure, and a good price for the Outback was quickly reached. The preparation of the vehicle was done in a timely fashion, and the closing on the deal was seamless and a pleasant experience. We are more than pleased with the courtesy and professionalism shown to us by Zach and the Fox team.

Great experience ... Walk through of 2018 Crosstrex features left us with no questions unanswered. Was able to help us over the phone with the Eyesight camera blockage by my EZ Pass mod. Sale manager was able to fined our perfect car at a great price point. Thank you

Take your money elsewhere!!

Don't make an expensive mistake like I did. I bought a car from them with serious problems, which probably wouldn't pass NY State inspection. Then they mangled the repair. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, there are other Subaru dealers in central NY that aren't crooked.
