We had a great new car purchase experience with Michael, Edgar, Joe, Roberto Cody, and the entire team. They’re always available to explain any questions or concerns and happy to take the time needed to make sure we understood our purchase. We highly recommend them. When I followed up with them to talk to them at the dealership about questions, I had about finance or other custom options to add to my car, They were very quick to give me the information I needed to help me understand my options. So when I asked about the financing, and wanted to know how I may be able to refinance in the future they were also able to give me suggestions on how to move forward with that as well. I would rate them very highly. It’s still early, I’ve only driven about 500 miles, and those miles have been better than expected , I have a Cadillac and I’m used to a car that rides very well. The car I bought is a 2023 Malibu. They service department has been taking are of my Cadillac for 8 years and doing an excellent job as well. I think the Malibu performs very well and I’m very satisfied with its ride & performance.

Chevrolet of Santa Fe blew my expectations of purchasing a vehicle. There was no surcharge ontop of MSP. Financing found a better rate than what I had came in prequalified for. I didn’t have to haggle to get the vehicle into my monthly budget. There at 9, trade in evaluated, road tested and papers signed by 11. Wow!

Disappointment

After having a great buying experience ! Took the truck in for an oil change & tire rotation,. Was treated like I was an imposition. When I got the truck back the tire pressures were so far off it was ridiculous. I asked for them to be brought up to the correct amounts before I left. Tech took the truck and the tire amounts had change very little and still were know where near the MFG recommended. The third time I ask the service mgr to please get it correct and he made me feel like it was my problem, but did it any way. I get down the road and the front truck caps are making noise. I find that they only tighten one of the six on each side. Afterwords they send me a survey and I respond with my thoughts, feelings and observations only to never hear anything back.
