Buyer beware

I inquired about purchasing a vehicle from Zia auto. I spoke with the receptionist and she told me they do in house financing and my credit (which is poor) wouldn't be an issue. She asked for my information and said she would be in touch. She never was. So upon looking for another car I happened to check my credit. I saw two hard inquires one from Zia auto and another from another company the same day. I called and they said Zia auto have them my information. I never agreed to that. I called Xia auto and was meet by atrocious responses from management. One manger named Tim said he had my account information and he "Didn't know what I wanted him to do... But the entire phone call her never asked my name or corresponding information. He said they didn't have a receptionist and then later admitting to having one. I spoke with James another manger who said he could not look it up because it was no longer in the system after 30 days. He also didn't ask my information. So my credit is now severely impacted for something I did not agree to nor did I get so much as a phone call stating what my sensitive information would be used for.

I'm really disappointed in Zia. I put in an application over the weekend and had to contact them throughout the week to see the progress. I received a really poor service for what supposedly is a lot owned by the overseer of used car lots. I expected more but all I got was uninterested salespeople who felt like didn't want to try to obtain my business. At the time of approval I wasn't offered to come back to the lot to see what could be offered or worked out. This is supposedly a "financing for everyone" place but by the way it went for me it doesn't seem like they want everyone just a selected few.

I was very impressed with my experience in buying a car at Zia Auto Sales. I had a horrible experience with another dealership. But I needed a car as my car was stolen. My son recommended Zia. I did my homework. I research Zia Auto and was impressed with the comments made from other customers. I was impressed with their website. It was easy to use. It also provided a free carfax report of all their cars. It helped me review the cars at my own home and at my own convenience. When I went to the dealership, I knew which cars I was interested in seeing. I met Travis and he made me feel like I was the customer of the year. He was professional, kind and patient. Being a senior I appreciated that he was not a pushy salesman. But it didn't stop there. Eric, the finance manager, was very thorough in making sure I knew everything about the car I was buying. Again, he was professional and helpful. Thank you Zia Auto Sales for helping me buy the right car. I love my car. I would highly recommend Zia auto as one of professionalism, integrity and personal customer care

Situation.

While shopping on Carfax.com I found a vehicle that I took interest in on a Saturday evening. I requested information about the vehicle I was interested in and received a response during nonbusiness hours. Set up an appointment for after work and applied for credit online. I was impressed that the sales person took time out of his day to speak with me about my interest. When I arrive for my appointment I was greeted by numerous staff members and feel comfortable. I was immediately offered to test drive of the vehicle that I was interested in. Shortly there after my return I was introduced to the management Of Zia auto sales and nonetheless was only interested in achieving what I wanted in a vehicle to purchase. My personal credit wasn’t that great and I had a trade-in that was not worth much to me worth trading in to what was excepted along with an affordable down payment and easy processing I was approved and now I own a vehicle that I wanted and not something I was talked into. I appreciate the clear communication, Customer service, prompt delivery a vehicle and met my expectations thank you

Worst dealership ever!!

Do NOT buy a car from this place. I bought a Dodge Nitro from this dealership and they over charged me by about $10,000 and the check engine light came on the next day i brought it home. They were no help at all. I live about 3 hours away from Albuquerque and my car was overheating and they wanted me to drive all the way to Albuquerque with my car overheating so they could just look at it. My car ended up being in the shop for about 2 months and just about everything had to be replaced because they didn't keep up with it. So i don't and won't ever recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them unless they want to get jipped out of there money and have to keep their car in the shop for about 2 months.

Customer service was outstanding. There was some one to help me as soon as I got there. they went above and beyond to give me a nice truck. They went over things with me about my contract and the warranties that truck had and what was available to me. Now I have a better understanding of what buying a vehicle involves. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN, TIM AND THE GUYS AT ZIA AUTO. I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK

in the last year my family has bought 4 cars from the great staff at Zia Auto. They are very professional and they DO NOT pressure you in to anything you don't want. The staff there wants you to get the best possible deal and drive away happy, not regretting your decision. It was a very comfortable setting to do business in and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a fabulous, clean, great running car at a very affordable price.

This was the first time I've purchased a car in my name. Steve, our salesman, was truly amazing. He wasn't the sleazy salesman my husband and I have come to expect when shopping for cars at other places! He was genuine, knowledgable, and so much fun! He made everything so easy and addressed all of our questions and concerns. The rest of the staff were so kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you all!
