From the moment I walked into Mazda in Essendon Fields, I was given the absolute best service. Nick in Sales, Greg the Sales Mgr, Cameron in Finance and Sylvanna in after car sales all worked fabulously together to provide the best customer service and overall package. I purchased my new car from here and was so happy with the whole experience. My experience with their entire team, changed my whole perception in regards to purchasing a new car. Where I would have been normally anxious about this process, their friendliness and honesty made me feel extremely comfortable with every step of the process. Highly recommend!

Audra White was Outstanding

This is our second Mazda purchased from the dealer. The dealership has a large inventory and friendly and knowledgeable staff in both sales and service. We worked with Audra White, who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She quickly understood our preferences, and helped steer us to the right vehicle for our needs/interests. She was able to walk us through all the nuances of the Nav system from memory – very impressive! She knew every detail about the vehicle. We did our homework on Edmunds ahead of time, and the dealership was very fair with their appraisal of our trade-in, and with the pricing of the vehicle. Once we described our preferences, there was no attempt to upsell us on extras we were’nt interested in. The Finance office was super fast and organized. Pavel had all the documentation prepared for us, and we were finished with the financials in under 10 minutes. Quality is an apt name for this dealership – we would highly recommend them.

2016 Mazda 3 new car sale

Aaron was great to work with, he was not pushy at all and really worked with us to get us in a new car that fit our budget and our style. Justin in the auto service dept was also a big help in steering us in the right direction. We will continue to use the Mazda service department as well as refer our new or used car buying friends to Aaron. Very easy dealings, better than we experienced at other dealers.

New CX-9 for Christmas!

Ben Vigil at Quality Mazda made it simple for me to be able to give my wife a new CX-9 for Christmas. The deal was worked out on Thursday night and on Friday I with the help of Ben and his co-workers at Quality, I was able to surprise my wife. They went out of their way to "hide" it and place a bow and gift tag. When we made our way into the bay, the team was singing for us. Very nice touch Ben.

Puchased 2016 Mazda 3 i Grand Touring

I had been interested in picking up a manual 5 door 3 i Touring since the 2014 model redesign. In December of 2016 I checked out Quality Mazda to check out the end of year promotions. I met Ben Vigil who quickly provided me a very reasonable quote on a 3 i Touring. Ben was very knowledgeable about the cars. and provided me a printed out quote with a breakdown of all the costs. A few days later I came back to show the car to my wife and ended up asking for a quote on a 3 i Grand Touring with a manual transmission. I am very happy with all the staff at Quality Mazda who made my first new car purchase an easy transaction.

Low Key & Delivered as Promised

I'd put off a new car purchase, anticipating the same unpleasant experience that had become familiar to me over decades. I was struck by the low key, totally transparent and responsive Quality Mazda approach. Since I live 125 miles from the dealership, it was important that there be no big surprises when I made the trip to seal the deal. The only surprise was a good one. All was as promised!

Second Time Around

I took my car (2014 Mazda3, that I had purchased 2 years previous from the same dealership) in for regular scheduled maintenance after having booked an appointment online. When I received my confirmation email, the dealership mentioned that I possibly had equity in my car and that I might be able to trade it in from a newer vehicle for little to no money down and no change or possibly lower payments. Following the service, I decided I would ask about the email. I worked with a sales person named Courtney; was offered a great price for my car and was able to get a good deal (nothing down/0%APR/lower payments) on a 2016 Mazda3. Zoom! Zoom!

My wife and I needed a new car and found what we were looking for at Quality Mazda on Lomas, in Albuquerque, NM. They had plenty of stock to choose from, a very nice salesman who was super easy to work with. When negotiating I didn't get the usual "I have to check with my sales manager" line. Everyone at the dealership was polite, and made us feel like we were special. The salesman took the time to show my wife how all of the electronics worked on the new car and that was really helpful.

The entire staff at Quality Mazda are top notch. Mason my salesman was knowledgeable and set up appointments for me to test drive and negotiate the purchase of my new Mazda 3. This is by far the easiest and most transparent car buying experience I have ever had. Negotiated to get Navigation installed for no charge at time of purchase. I was called and it was installed the next day as promised. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough if you are in the market for a new vehicle or a quality pre-owned give these professionals a chance to earn your business.
