My wife and I recently purchased a GMC Sierra truck from Jesse Herrera at Quality Buick GMC. Jesse was polite, attentive and non-pressuring in his approach. He listened to our needs and found the truck for us. Our experience with past car sales professionals has always been that when the deal is done, they pass you onto the service department, their job being done. Not so here- Jesse has followed up to ensure the truck is to our satisfaction and he has been dliligent in assuring that a second key and key fob was delivered as quickly as possible. This was the service we received buying a 2014 GMC truck. Outstanding!! Will return when it's time to trade up my wife's SUV and I will recommend the dealership and Jesse to everyone! Phoned in and received personal and professional response from Phil. I live 160 miles from Albuquerque, so getting information over the phone was the reason I chose Quality. I purchased the truck Phil gave me the information on. The deal he gave me over the phone, he honored in person. I love my 2016 GMC SLT, Duramax 4x4 Crew Cab. This is my second Duramax I purchase from Quality, my other was a 2004. I also made the deal over the phone! Lots of respect for a female purchasing a real truck! Thanks.......

I recently bought a new Sierra from Quality GMC and the experience was really nice! Steven B made this happen pressure free and it was really nice for a change. They were willing to work with me on all aspects of the deal and seem genuinely appreciative for the business! Everyone at Quality GMC was a great help especially Phil Garcia, my sales rep. They had plenty of vehicles for me to choose from and got me in at the price I needed to be. Only down side is it took 3hrs to purchase the vehicle. I will be returning for future purchases.
