After purchasing our 2014 Kia Rio from Morningstar, we discovered that it had a small coolant leak. I took it to a Kia dealership, since it was still under factory warranty. That's when we discovered that it had collision damage to the front end (minor, but enough to have caused the coolant reservoir to become cracked). I contacted Brian at Morningstar and apprised him of the situation and he immediately took control - he went and picked up my car from the Kia dealership, took it to his own people, and had it fixed. Not just fixed either, he restored it to brand-new condition - even replacing cracked trim pieces that the Kia dealership had not noticed. When I got the car back from Morningstar, it was in BETTER condition than when we bought it! And, of course, Brian paid for all the repairs - close to $1000 worth of body and repair work! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ANYONE ELSE! Thank you Morningstar Motors - all of you have taken such good care of our family!
