In 70 plus years best car buying experience of my life. ERICA and Roxie had everything ready and Damon explained the transaction concisely and I was driving home in 1.5 hours...cannot recommend any higher

The sales manager and sales person were professional, knowledgeable and kind. The sales person “went the extra mile” to ensure we had our questions answered to make a good decision on which automobile to buy. He took the time to acquaint us with the details on the car we were considering and in fact purchased.

Once a year I take my vehicles in for service at Land Rover of Albuquerque. They always do a great job and I couldn’t do in myself for the special price they charge. Plus they always do a full inspection and let me know if any other problems that the vehicle may have.

Attempted to swindle me out of nearly $1000. Paperwork didn’t match the deal we had negotiated and was then given the hard sell on paying the increased price by a super aggressive nasty [non-permissible content removed] who didn’t seem to understand that trying to defraud someone who is about to become a lawyer is a bad idea.

Our experience with Land Rover Albuquerque was very good. Peter was helpful and friendly while showing the vehicles we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was considerate of our time, as we had to leave Albuquerque to get home. He called with information we were wanting as we drove home. We had a terrible experience a few years ago at a Lexus dealership - they looked down their noses at us as though we weren’t ‘worthy’ or couldn’t afford their vehicles. Not what happened at all with the Land Rover dealership. Rama was also pleasant to work with. We felt comfortable and are very happy with our Range Rover. Thank you guys!! 🤗

Great Service

My Range Rover ( just a little over 10 months old ) engine light came on - the In Control App indicated it was a "fuel injector" problem. Calling and scheduling a drop-off was easy. Great loaner was provided. Mr. Trujillo kept me informed. There were lots of software updates, so it turned out the fix took a little longer than expected - there was one upgrade that was optional and added a feature I have really been wanting - so glad Mr. Trujillo went that extra step and asked if I was interested in it. Everything, but the upgrade I wanted, was covered under warranty. Everyone was nice, polite and competent. No time wasted, no real inconvenience and the Rover runs like a top. I could not be happier.
