Original Review - I was sold a Toyota RAV4 that should have never been resold to the public. East Coast Toyota sold me this lemon that had already cost me $1,600 in repairs and still has approximately $6,000 worth of left! East Coast Toyota's own service department told me that the car should have been wholesaled and not sold to the public after quoting me over $3,000 in repairs about a week after purchasing the car. East Coast Toyota sold me this car above their own advertised price, they sold me an extended warranty that Toyota Corporation rejected, and they charged state tires taxes on old, worn out tires. Good luck dealing with Corporate Toyota, they basically told me that it’s not there problem and “each dealership is privately owned and operated.” The best offer was to send my complaint back to East Coast Toyota! East Coast Toyota tried to resolve this issue by getting me in a different, pricier car which they claimed (and even furnished service records) that it was reconditioned and repaired by its own service department. It was a LIE, I took the car to another dealership to run a multi-point inspection, the same parts that they claimed to have been replaced and fixed came back in the report as being damaged and in need of repairs.
