Excellent customer service and car buying experience

I worked with Frank Simonetti, the sales manager at this dealership. I essentially got the deal done over the phone, without much hastle at all. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and I got the price I wanted for the Sedona LX. They didn't have the color I wanted, but they tried really hard to find it, but gave me some money off the color they had and delivered the car to my house because of the inconvenience. I would recommend this dealership, they are very easy to work with, don't be afraid to tell them what you want and they will do their best for you. I ordered a hitch package, it wasn't in the day I got the car, so they are going to schedule to pick up my van, and give me a loaner during the time they are putting on the hitch. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend working directly with Frank - he is the best.
