Since June 1975 when I saw Jaws the movie and saw the police chief driving a Jeep I wanted one. Being 2018 now, it was time. My journey to get the Jeep I have today lasted seven long weeks. I was actively researching (every day online and again at night after the dealerships closed) and then validating every available option for two weeks prior. Simply, I wanted heated seats, remote start in a Jeep WranglerJK Unlimited Altitude edition and most importantly I knew what price I was willing to pay. I started at The Jeep Store since my office is three miles up Hwy. 35. That conversation lasted less than 30 minutes and ended with a real charmer, Kevin the sales manager, showing me how much I didnt want to do business with him or The Jeep Store. Next was World Jeep, I would say they are more interested in Are you going to buy today? then answering my questions so I could buy today. I was sharing my frustration with a friend and someone was listening in to the conversation and interjected to said, If you want to buy a Jeep you have to talk to Rob Hall at Lester Glenn. Twenty minutes later I found his email on their web site and sent him a message. The next day I got a call from Rob saying to please call him back. A few days went by and I called him to see if the one Altitude Jeep I was searching for was in stock. The minute I spoke to Rob I could tell he was a Jeep guy. He knew everything there was to know about the Jeep. It was easy to see he has been driving a Jeep his whole life and still to this day drives a Wrangler. He told me the Jeep was in-stock and he had the keys in his hand. After ten minutes of going through the options and features I asked for an out the door price and told him I needed a great finance rate for a portion of the price since I have excellent credit. Five minutes after Ed called and within minutes we were done and I was on my way to get my new life-long-dream Jeep. In the end I should have trusted my instinct and went directly to Lester Glenn Jeep. They treated me like they really wanted me to be their customer and showed it by having a guy like Rob Hall on the front line for people like me who want to be Jeep owners. Since getting my Jeep, I have received phone calls from the owner thanking me, the service department welcoming me and a hand-written thank you card from Rob. Nice touch! Over the past two weeks, now a Jeep owner, I have been waking up at 4AM and cant go back to sleep knowing the Jeep is in my driveway... so I get up and go for a drive. Its so much fun to drive and living on the Jersey Shore is the perfect place to own one. In closing, don't waste your valuable time at other local dealerships. Let's keep it simple since car buying can be stressful....this is very easy to remember Rob Hall at Lester Glenn. Say it with me Rob Hall at Lester Glenn one more time Rob Hall at Lester Glenn. Quick and easy to buy a jeep

After going to 4 different jeep dealerships in different states and having horrible experiences I decided to drive back to lester glenn jeep where i bought my first jeep years ago. I wish I went there first but I moved away and was trying to go to one near my house. So I went in looking to buy a jeep, but i didn't know exactly what kind I wanted. Shane was very helpful in me finding The jeep that fits me best. I drove there after work and its an hour and a half away so was it was very late when i picked out the jeep I wanted (I'm very picky) Shane was nice enough to do all the paper work the next day so that thursday after work I could drive back and pick it up. It was no stress and made buying a car enjoyable. Going to lester glenn jeep is very welcoming and makes you enjoy going back unlike every other dealership I have been to!

Sold me broken brand new car

Leased 2016 Chrysler 300 after few weeks smell out of Ac brought the car to them three times to fix nothing happened instead they broke something and every time I go on high way very annoying sqeeking noise comes out from passenger side. Took the car back to them and the sales man sold me car test drive it and confirmed car was defected they ask me for another 3000 downpayment to replace my car with newer one like it's my fault brand new lease car is broken. Never buy from this dealer they just want your money

Its hard to like shopping for a car, but this place is a real pleasure. They are friendly, not pushy and easy enough to deal with. The salesman I had was especially helpful and I'd recommend asking for him by name: Steve Regan. He was able to pull a car from across state in a few days to match my exact needs and really went above and beyond to earn my business. Good deal, great place to go for a Jeep.

I had dealings with 2 different salesmen. steve regan and Salvatore Minneci. I already know that I would deal with these guys over and over again.The professionalism that these guys had was the best I have ever seen. they made my car buying experience actually fun and stress free. I was familiar with Steve Regan already because he sold my daughter her Challenger. thus why I came back to Lester Glenn again. I love my Jeep Grande Cherokee! Wow! Had the most amazing experience buying a car from William Parrish and James Finance/Sales Manager. They listen to me and did exactly what I asked of them. I left within a couple of hours with my dream car. I call her storm. I leased a 2015 Jeep Compass from Lester Glenn recently. My sales associate was Michael Sandella and the manager was Jim. They both worked really hard to make sure all avenues were explored in order for me to get the best deal possible. They allowed me to take the car home on an extended test drive to make sure the car was a fit for me. I liked the personal attention I received. Michael had opportunities to take other perspective clients but chose to make me his priority. The entire process was a positive experience.
