Salerno Duane Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Jim D went out of his way to find me the EXACT Jeep Renegade I wanted. I had already stopped at Autoland ... They were LESS than helpful. Jim, on the other hand, contacted me immediately, said he would FIND my dream car, and he did. Within about 3 days, he had my exact car and he was a dream to work with,. I never felt as if he was a "salesman" but rather a friend. When it came in, he took the time to give me a tour of the vehicle, which was excellent. NEXT...Gloria, the Finance Manager. Oh my goodness, it is the first time in my life (and I'm 56 years old) that someone took the time to answer ALL my questions. I didn't understand the warranty options the protection options, etc., and she answered all of my 50+ questions without rushing me. She, too, made me feel like such a valued customer. Salerno (Frank in Service) has always been good to me. I understand Frank is no longer there, but frankly (pun intended), he always offered the best service options for my Fords. Now that I have a Jeep, I'm hoping that Salerno continues with the good service. One thing about Salerno that I've liked (at least in the past...) is that they were "Jersey" high class professionals....they are NOT a "car salesman." I hope that this environment of making employees feel motivated and customers feel welcomed continues for a long time. Thanks to Jim and Gloria for putting me into my 2016 Jeep Renegade!! Debi Scholar
