Very diseptive practices along with very poorly trained salesman.I had the distinct displeasure of dealing with sales manager mike lomazzo and his beyond crude salesman sam spencer. Upon driving the vehicle I was interested in I sat down with mike and made adeal. Iwas then passed on to sam to complete the paper work.Looking at the invoice he was charging me $400.00 for window etching a gimic costing $25.00. I immediately told him the deal was off if that charge remained. He gave me some double talk and began using white out to take it off. Finally it was time to sign so I said let me look the used car over one more time.Looking it over again I noticed avery poor job of repainting the rear quarter panel not only had they not blended well it was never clearcoated.sam saw itand agreed and said talk to mike.When I approached him and said what if I brought this car home like this he assured me they would have taken care of it.This is a certified car that should never happen.mike said they would repair it and would call when it is fixed so I can purchase the car if I liked it. This took place last sat. Over the weekened I decided I was not happy with them or the car. Mon. I called sam telling him my decision,he promtly told me [non-permissible content removed] and hung thephone on me.I immediately called mike who was not available leaving a message which he never returned my call. Leaving me with the impression he condones this kind of behavior making him even more at fault than his dispicable salesman sam spencer. How dare any sales person speak like that to anyone without any provacation. Stay away from this den of diseption and crude unprofessional sales people.
