Because everyone was polite and friendly, I give World Jeep a 2. In the end, though, I found the experience very disappointing. If I had not made an appointment and corresponded with the dealership ahead of time, then it would be perfectly understandable that they had no vehicles of the kind I was interested in. But, I did correspond, and even made an appointment before driving the 30 minutes to the dealership on a Saturday morning. To be turned away at that point because they did not have the vehicle I was interested in was unacceptable. (They would order me one if I agreed to buy one without driving one first.) They indicated they would follow up by phone if they located a vehicle, new or used, but there has been no followup. A manager wrote me after the fact in a standard "how was your experience" email. I detailed what happened and indicated my level of disappointment. It's now more than nine days later and here has been no response and no followup.
