Dealership that harasses past customers

Horrible service!! I had to take my BRAND new car back over 21 times. They handled it unprofessionally and never fixed the problem. To top off my horrible experience with them, they have been harassing me with phone calls and text messages. I have REPEATEDLY asked them to stop calling/texting. I have been told by over 10 DIFFERENT people that they will take me off whatever list that has my phone number. Three years later they still call, three times in the last week and a half. I have filed with the BBB and they still call me. They truly make me feel sick. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!

My husband and I went to this dealership because its time to buy my new car. First let me paint a picture for you. Today It is raining outside and its around 4pm on a Thursday and their is one other customer in the establishment that is talking to a salesman. Upon entering the dealership, no one greeted us and we looked around by ourselves. They did not have the car i was interested in inside, so we went outside to locate it. I saw at least 2salesman, 1 sales woman and the desk attendant, not sure if he was a salesman inside, none of which was with a customer or on the phone. Again, no one approached us or asked if we needed assistance while exiting the building. So after not being able to locate the vehicle ourselves we went back inside, again no assistance, so I than approached the desk and asked for help. A salesman then took us outside for the car I wanted to see and he could not locate it. After wondering around for 10 minutes, we asked to see a similiar model. We finally asked to see a vehicle that we thought was similar and he said, we had to wait until he located the keys. Really, we have been wondering around in the rain for 10minutes and you have no keys or access to vehicles on hand? At this point we declined his insufficient effort and left. Seriously, today was my day that my husband was to buy my new car, and this dealership literally rained on my parade.

Shady dealership - Alfa Romeo of Maple Shade

I went there to look at a used minivan I saw online for $11,995. When we sat down to discuss price, the salesman said the van was $13,995. The difference was "dealer costs" (whatever that means). After I got up and started to walk out the manager came over, We eventually agreed to the $11,995 plus they would install a trailer hitch an I would pay half. Next day went to pick up the van and finalize the paperwork and the price was back up to $13,995, no trailer hitch on the van! Long story short, we got back to $11.995 but they would onl;y take off $75 for the trailer hitch. I bought the car anyway rather than start my search all over but this was the slimiest way to do business I have ever experienced. I see other reviews online where they did essentially the same thing to other buyers so this seems to be a normal practice for them. I wouldn't be surprised if what they are doing is illegal. DO NOT go there unless you want to get the same treatment.

My jeep is in the shop again after have it a month.It has been there for a week so far while I pay for a rental.This time the cat converter went.1 week after I bought it the two front tie rods needed to be replaced.I do not think it was ever checked for saftey before being sold because if one of the tie rods snapped I would have no steering.The sales mgr felix told me oh well cars break down thats what they do.I dont think thats a good answer when Im driving my 5 yr old in a car im paying 520 a month for and before my 1st payment could have killed us.They have yet to provide the saftey check paperwork showinf it was ever done.

Worst car buying experience ever!

The only reason i'm giving one star is because zero stars is not an option. No communication by the sales staff and management and lie after lie was told to us. At one point a manager came over and said he could offer me 1k less than I was already offered for my trade. This dealership is terrible, I would advise anyone buying a car to stay away.

We would absolutely recommend this dealership! We actually drove here from Long Island, NY with an infant and it was well worth our efforts! Everyone we dealt with truly understood our needs and gave their full abilities and attention to have us leave happily! Ask for Felix, Christian or Alex and you won't be disappointed! We will happily recommend this dealership to anyone!

I went to this dealer just to look around thinking oh my credit is very bad there's no way they're giving a loan and actually I was surprised when they approved me for a 2014 Chevrolet sonic lt, and even more surprised whenthey got me exactly the deal that I was looking for, this guys are amazing, if u need a car visit them they will put you on wheels right away

I visited the dealership with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle but ultimately made the switch from my 06 Honda Civic to a 13 Nissan Maxima. I am more than delighted with my decision to upgrade into a newer vehicle with lower miles. The sales consultant was extremely informative, honest, and personable. They lived up to every promise they made to me and I felt almost like family when doing business with them. The Sales Manager, Alex Frattaboli, was also extremely professional and helpful in finding the perfect vehicle to fit my needs, budget, and style. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a quality vehicle paired with outstanding customer service. Moving forward this will be the only dealership I do business with! 5 out 5!

Please, Please , don't be fooled. This dealer will not honor there price on-line. This dealer told me that I would be paying $415 a month with I took the car that night and when I went in the next day I left leaving the dealership paying $450.69 a month. There excuse was that the didn't put it in writing when they made me sign a commitment because they check with the manager. The finance manager laughed when I asked my the payment difference. I forgot the mention that I have good credit and they still screwed me. Please do not go to this dealership they have no honor. Please do not take a care home with you from this dealership unless you have it in writing how much you'll be paying a month because they will screw you. They never gave me my plates that I took the car in with and since I live in PA and this dealership is in NJ I asked if they could mail the plate to me to save me the trip and they replied no. Please, please read this warning before you go to this dealership.

Steve and Alex assisted us in the purchase of our 2016 Fiat 500X, and they and the rest of the staff were excellent from start to finish!! After purchasing many cars from many different dealers over the years Fiat of Maple Shade is as good as it gets.

I would never recommend or return to Fiat of Maple Shade. They are very shady for sure. They ran my credit without my authorization and even though I had my own financing. I love my Fiat 500X but will never deal with them again. I should have done my research about this dealership but I foolishly thought I just needed to research my Fiat...and the sad thing was that I knew more about my Fiat than my sales guy. And I'm a girl!

The service at the Fiat of Maple Shade was excellent. Internet Service representative, Sales consultants, accounting representatives were all kind, helpful, and patient with me. The sales consultants go the extra mile to care for you. I will definitely purchase another car from this dealership. I think the service is great the people are awesome. Me and my family was shopping for a car to replace my wife's 2004 kia sedona that was lost in a fire. We bought two cars from cherryhill kia, a 2004 kia sedona and a 2014 kia optima sx. So I checked the website and found a car that looked like she may like it it was a 2013 Chevy Malibu. So I called setup my appointment and we came down from Darby to maple shade. When we got there the car was pulled up with my name on a card in the window, talk about service. so then Jessica the salesperson came out to help us she was cool she took us on two test drives in the Chevy we actually came for and a 2014 Fiat 500l that we just saw and thought it was cool. After the test drive we drove the Fiat and decided on that. Bottom line is we got a really nice used car for the payment we wanted. And no hassle whatsoever. They have showed me that they want and need our business. And they have earned it three times now and it will definitely be a fourth and fifth. Thanks guys for the excellent service and treatment. And just being square.

I drove all the way from Wimington,DE to look at a 2010 VW Beetle. John was very helpful in showing me how to adjust the seats and wheel because I am a big man. Once I got comfy we took it for a ride and i liked it! The rest was easy. I am very hapoy with my experience here. Everyone was very helpful!!!

They suggested I do a voluntary repo, bad business practices. Julie Thompson is the worst sales person with not one ounce of integrity and the general manager is even worst, they are [non-permissible content removed]. Since my complaint they have given me the run around..filed complaints with BBB and state attorney general, also spoke to fiat of USA.
