I visited Elite Acura on January 5 to obtain my 3rd RDX lease. Scott Goldberg was my Salesman. During my visit I had a very positive experience. I love the layout of the property in the sales area and the service area. It is a very comfortable environment. You are always greeted by the manager which I love. Of course I love my RDX which has a number of standard additions for 2024 on the base model. They worked with me to keep my payment in a manageable range that was best for me. Scott is an exceptional sales person. I left Elite a very satisfied customer.

It was very convenient to make an service appointment online. The message reminded me about the coming appointment. I waited in dealership for the service. When the service was done, the washed car was waiting for me. It is a great place to get the car service. I have done my car service in this location for more than 11 years.

Kameelah has made my last two experiences great here at Elite Acura. Not only did she get me leaving as a happy customer a few months ago but the second I came in today she remembered me and even ensured me about the last issues from the previous months were still working the way they should be when I left. She has such a great attitude and truly makes the experience of being at the dealership 10x better. Kameelah Is the best and I will definitely be getting my car only serviced here because of her!

Worse experience

I am leaving this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by your dealership, particularly by one of your representatives, Ryan. My recent experience at your dealership was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Firstly, I was dismayed to discover that despite leaving my vehicle at your dealership for diagnostics, I received no updates on its status. When I arrived, Ryan informed me that diagnostics were not conducted on Saturdays. However, I later discovered that the diagnostic had indeed been performed, yet no solution was offered. This blatant dishonesty is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of your establishment. Furthermore, Ryan's lack of professionalism was evident when he chose to prioritize my personal phone conversation over assisting me with my car issue. His dismissive attitude and failure to provide adequate assistance left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer. Additionally, when I inquired about a recall, Ryan informed me that it couldn't be addressed until Monday, further adding to my frustration. It is evident that communication and transparency are severely lacking within your dealership, as I was left in the dark about the status of my vehicle until I took the initiative to follow up. Moreover, the lack of accountability and responsibility demonstrated by your team is deeply concerning. I entrusted my vehicle to your dealership in good faith, only to be met with incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, my experience at your dealership was marred by poor communication, dishonesty, and a lack of professionalism. I urge you to address these issues promptly and take measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Additionally, I implore Acura to conduct a thorough investigation into the practices of this location and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I will be sharing my experience with others and cautioning them to beware of the subpar service provided by your dealership. It is my hope that this feedback will prompt meaningful changes and improvements within your establishment.

Fast service. Fair price

Came in for an oil change and brake fluid flush and was alerted to the fact I was due for a transmission service. Had all the work done at a very reasonable price in only an hour and a half.

Excellent Service

I got an oil change & new brake pads on my front brakes. Andn I got free car wash. My service rep, Scot, was knowledgeable & helpful. I was out in under 1 1/2 hours. All in all it was a good experience.

New tires

I planned on getting 4 new tires. Acura was the best estimate for price and tire quality. I was very happy with that. But they discovered I needed new brake pads which took longer than estimated. I should’ve dropped car off and not waited. My fault:( Tom was helpful with giving me information along the way and discounts. I was definitely sick of sitting. Even though the area for customers was great. Just too long of a wait.

Elite Acura First Visit Review

I had my first visit today at Elite Acura in Maple Shade. They were polite and courteous. I was taken right away even though I was 15 minutes early. I had a private room to work in while I waited, that was clean, quiet and pleasant. My car was done in a timely manner. Great experience.

B12 service-oil change

Excellent service by Mr Daquan Rogers. My vehicle was brought in for B12 service oil change and to check for a slow leak in the back passenger tire and rotate tires. The technician found additional service needed for the car. Mr Daquan show me pictures of the additional repairs that needed to be done on my vehicle. I value his opinion and went with what needed to be done. He has always been honest and that is why I will alway have him as my service advisor.
