Jim Durkin (better known as Rocket) is a straight shooter and doesn't mess around. Rocket sold me exactly the truck I needed and was honest, fair, and passionate during the whole process. He never tried to upsell me, or lead me down the wrong path. Rocket undoubtedly just made me a Schumacher Chevrolet customer for life!

I went in for a standard oil change and a recall item. Check in was fast. I was working remotely in the waiting area and my laptop mousepad spindly work. The staff found a mouse for me to borrow while I waited. They went above and beyond!

I called many dealerships while searching for an electric vehicle for sale at MSRP. Schumacher Chevrolet was one of the few that did so and was close to my home. The salesman Jonathan was great, respectful, and didn't try to push anything on me. I bought a 2023 Bolt EUV and am happy with it so far.

Have been there for oil changes and warranty work on my Malibu about 4 times since November 2014. I remain completely satisfied with the Chevrolet Malibu and completely satisfied with the service department - Steve and Ed are the Service Advisors names I remember - and their great customer service. Everything went as planned. Recall for headlight wiring was done and wiring harness was replaced, multi-point vehicle inspection was performed. RS door touchpad was replaced. Primary key fob (Driver #1) was replaced. All went well. No issues. Very satisfied.
