onDrove home today in my brand new 2016 BMW 335xi. Got a phenomenal deal, salesman was super friendly and made the entire transaction from start to finish a real pleasure. Couldn't have asked for a nicer car or a nicer group of people to purchase it from.

onUpon arrival to discuss a vehicle purchase, my son made the comment that he wants to go and eat, the General Manger actually sent someoke out to get food for him. Guess what, I made the deal the same day. Excellent attention to detail.

onHorrible! Its sad when i know more about a BMW than the salesperson. Went in to get a new 6 series and was greeted by Nick D. Seemed like a gentleman, every little question he had to go to his sales manager. Finally I left and we had set on a price and i would get back to them tomorrow evening. Never did he call, respond to his phone, listen to his voicemail or even care to be professional or courteous and get back to me. Well i went to Prestige and bought it with a better price and now poor old Nicky is calling asking why. I know you guys live in hicktown with bare minimum clientele, but where I'm from you need to hustle to make your commission, not wait on the client to call you. Don't ever go here. Waste of your time and money.

A VERY Unplesant Purchase Experience!

onWith the exception of the Service Dept., unfortunately our experience mirrored that of others. Negotiated terms frequently changed. Senior management, as well as our salesman were sorely lacking in both professionalism and product knowledge. I found both areas were more concerned with us providing an on-line positive review, than focus on meeting our expectations. Having now seen the reviews, I understand why. In fact, the price we mutually agreed to was contingent upon our providing a positive review online. That's no way to conduct business. Although we ultimately purchased the vehicle we wanted at the price we wanted to pay, the entire experience was unpleasant and at times, painful. The Service Dept. however, stepped-up and responded to our requests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. We are hoping this will continue.

Sales people don't know product

onI was in the market for a new BMW X5 and stopped at Roxbury to get some information about the car. I did a test drive with a sales associate. I was surprised how little he knew about the car. Q: Can I still order it in red? A:I'll have to check, I see a lot of silver ones [no, red has been discontinued for the X5, still available for the X3] Q: What is the lead time to place a factory order? A: I have no idea When I pressed about ordering one, I was told to keep checking back, they might get more delivered next month. It's like the guy wanted me to think you couldn't order a BMW, which of course is part of the whole experience, to get YOUR car just the way YOU want it. I used the Edmunds 'get dealer quotes' function from three local BMW dealers including Roxbury. Two dealers gave me competitive quotes by email, Roxbury would not. I explained that I travel A LOT and didn't have the time to schlepp all the way out to their dealership to get a price quote when other dealers would do it by email. I asked for a different sales person, was referred back to the same unhelpful guy who didn't know anything. In the end I bought the car from a dealer farther away in Wayne, NJ and couldn't be happier. To be fair, Roxbury didn't rip me off, they just don't know how to address my needs as a customer because they have an outdated and poor quality sales process.

onI bought a 2005 e500 Mercedes 2/2012 from Roxbury open BMW dealer, 840 US HWY 46 NJ, sales man ALAN M., THIS MAN IS A [non-permissible content removed]. I could only tell you a briefly of how bad this dealer is for customers, selling LEMONS! after I bought the car, a month later started giving me all kinds of problems, spent $6500 or more to fix it!!!! DOT NOT BUY ANY CAR BESIDES BMW from this dealer thanks

Rude Salesperson

onThis is a brand new BMW dealership that you would think would be interested in building relationships in the area. The salesperson was so incredibly rude that I would never buy a car there (even though I loved the X5)! He obviously assumed that I, as a woman, was not capable of making a purchase of that magnitude without my husband. He pointed to the car and continued his cell phone conversation. He hovered around but didn't explain any of the features of the car and when I asked him questions he seemed annoyed and still did not hang up the phone! I must say the manager and subsequent salesperson were pleasant but I have little respect for a manager that would allow that type of behavior from a salesperson. I bought a Lexus instead!
