Oil change- I wish there is 0 rating

I had my oil change today to give this place another chance ( because I useD to come here and always spent so much money) so I shopped around and found my mechanic that i trust) and plus I have errands to do around the area. I had my oil change scheduled at 730am, did not leave until 9. Eric told me the water pump has coolant leaking so I have to get that fixed ASAP or else it might cause overheating etc. I was told also some recommendations which include the rear differential which was just done by my mechanics. Left the place with my inspection paper. Went to my mechanics, to get that leaking coolant checked. Found out oil is leaking in my rear engine ( which was not included in metro Honda inspection). Actually, In their inspection paper it was rated as green meaning good condition. So how come the oil is leaking. So my mechanics have to put dye and check within 2 days to see the leaking. I was so upset that this was missed by metro Honda and actually rated “engine oil leak” as green, which made me think “ what did they do to my car during oil change. I complained to their manager jackie- and first she said it’s not on their end, because I have oil leak from 2018- I told her it was fixed by my mechanics and I have my car maintained regularly by my mechanics ( I have proof for all of these)- and never saw oil leak since my maintenance in 9/25. Now I explained myself that I went for oil change, got checked as “good” for engine oil leak, then 2 hours later got looked at by my mechanics and there’s a sudden oil leak in my engine. The Manager advised me to have dye applied and bring it to metro Honda so it can be looked at and supervisor Rivera will be involved to solve this. I I did went back and talked to Eric- and mentioned me that “ well you have water pump leak so oil can leak too” I’m like wait a minute I thought coolant leak was seen when I was there. He also questioned Me why did I get it cleaned and dyed. so I told him that manager said supervisor is involved here- so he let me look at my car from the lift. And commented- the leak was not even clean and dye was not there. So I let him talk to my mechanics.. my point is why was that leak not seen which was so easy to see and even a kid can tell it’s an oil leak. I just can’t trust this place any more. It was a big mistake to give this place another chance. Lesson learned for me is to not come here at all.
