poor service, and vicitim

The service is bad. the service technicians are reluctant, and have poor communication. and not even accommodating. Lies have been told about the car - car washed, oil changed, and other repairs recommended are false, and approved by the service technicians, in particular the terrence prasad. I was made to wait over 5 hrs for an oil change, because of personal issues. The Honda dealer should provide utmost great service at all times.
