Excellent new car buying experience

I had previously bought a Jeep at a different dealership but chose to try out Buhler because their inventory on the lot was way more expansive than their local competitors, and I couldn't be more happy with the choice. From the beginning when I walked on to the lot to the final closing, I never felt any pressure to buy a particular model nor add-ons or other things that other dealerships typically push. Instead, I was given the opportunity to look at a big selection and once I chose what I wanted I was offered a fair deal. My salesperson Sean was great and I will be sending my friends to him and this dealership when they are looking for a new or used Jeep.

The best car buying experience i have ever had.

I parked my car in front of the building and I ACTUALLY got the opportunity to look at the vehicles that they had to offer without being stalked or hunted down. After about 5-10 minutes, I was approached by a very respectful sales person who offered to bring me out a water, coffee, or tea while I was looking. I went to 3 other dealerships before I bought a car and this was my last stop. Thanks to mike r. from Buhler, I am now enjoying my new Grand Cherokee and I have a sales person that accepts calls any time any day of the week if I have any questions. Definitely the best car buy experience that I have ever had.

2012 Dodge Journey

My salesperson Claire was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Always driven a car so I did not want a SUV too large the Journey suits me great especially since I travel a distance to work. Everyone was very professional and courteous - made my buying experience a good one at Buhler and Bitter.

Not Happy

Not a week went by before I realized I had purchased a terrible car. As I took the car back that week, it was then when I realized I had purchased the car from a dealership who didn't care about the customer. Nothing - no help at all - was offered to me. The sales team stared at me, shoving my out the door with eyes full of a lack of concern. Not even 10 months later and a good three trips to the repairs shop did anyone reach out to me to express concern over a clearly unhappy customer. Ironically, once I called corporate I got a phone call from the dealership. I'm still awaiting a solution to all my headaches and problems. I've been put out by all of this... now it's their turn!
