Buying a Volvo without Being sold too but rather taken care-of!Thanks Alon!

I was taken care-of but not sold too! at Paul's Volvo. Alon Katende was my Salesperson.If you need to lease or buy a Volvo you should visit Paul's Volvo in Hawthorne NJ and ask to speak to Alon Katende. There are a few good salespeople that you can trust when it comes to buying a car, Alon won my trust! I felt that he was not selling me a Volvo but rather taking care-of of me. He basically explained to me what leasing and financing means in simple terms to meet my needs.When my car was having issues,my Insurance agent in Ridgewood suggested to visit Paul's Volvo with a long history of serving our local area. My vehicle had transmission issues that I was not going to sink more money in repairs. As a woman with health issues, this was not the time to try hassling with car dealers/salespersons but visiting Paul's Volvo and meeting this fine gentleman made a difference.He went out of his way to pick up my junk car from my mechanic to the dealership in Hawthorne NJ. As we drove back it got disabled again, but after a few minutes Alon was able to get it started and driven to Hawthorne, his broad technical knowledge in fixing cars and selling them is just amazing! He will navigate both technical and sales questions. All I can say is that my experience with buying a Volvo from Alon Katende satisfied my conviction that a few Salespersons do exist and Alon is one of them, give him a call at [Phone number removed]. I usually hate buying a new car and going to dealerships but this was a completely different experience. I actually googled "best dealer at Paul's Volvo" and some great reviews came up for Chris C. I was not disappointed. Chris was very nice and went out of his way to help me. He made me feel welcome (some other dealerships had not) and went above and beyond to make this a good experience for me. I truly appreciated the service I received here.

Paul's Volvo is a private dealership, off the highway. This was the easiest car buying experience ever. No hassle, clear pricing, and speedy and excellent service. Chris C was helpful, straightforward, and extremely responsive. I will purchase all of my cars here going forward. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd volvo s60 lease from Paul's volvo in 3 yrs and once again the customer service I received from Chris Corrigan was exceptional. He was able to find he car I wanted, at the price I wanted and deliver it within a few days without any hassle whatsoever. I can genuinely say my car buying experience was a dream & that's not something you hear often when people are in the market for a new car. Thanks again Chris!

Called Chris looking for a used S60 thinking the an new one was not it the budget. Chris did some homework and presented a proposal that was impossible to pass up on a new 2014 S60. No pressure, just the facts. So, with his effort, I ended up in a brand new S60 and I am extremely pleased. If you are looking for a Volvo, any Volvo, call Paul's Motors and speak to Chris Corrigan. He will do right by you.

We just leased a 2015 Volvo XC-70. This was our third leasing experience with Pauls Motors. We also bought a used Volvo from them five years ago and once again, we received the most pleasant car leasing experience imaginable. Our options were clearly analyzed and presented in a calm no pressure manner. When our decision was made, we were able to put complete trust in our salesman Chris C. I highly recommend Chris C. for his professionalism, courtesy, and overall knowledge of the cars he sells. And in general, Pauls Motors as a dealership has always been very friendly and attentive throughout years that we've bought and serviced our cars with them.

I just leased a beautiful new 2014 s60 from Paul's Motors and the process could not have been better. Chris C., the sales specialist made the whole process smooth -from test drive to setting up my satellite radio. I was looking for a four door sedan that ticked many boxes: sportiness, safety, looks, features, quality-to-cost, and economy. I test drove a VW Golf TDI (very nice, fun to drive and economical but lacking style), a VW Jetta (a car more suited to a recently graduated college student IMHO), a Lexus CT 200h (too cramped and built too low the ground), and a Ford Fusion hybrid Titanium (very nice, much too expensive, and I didn't like the dealership). When I test drove the 2014 Volvo S60 T5, I was hooked, I decided to end my search, and I canceled appointments with BMW and Audi. The ride profile is tight and sporty, very similar to a Volvo V70R I had a few years ago. It's fast, the seats are very comfortable, and the features I wanted (sunroof, DRLs, heated leather seats, upgraded stereo) were included in a reasonably priced package. I know the dealer - Paul's Volvo services the family XC70, so I was in familiar, comfortable surroundings. The salesperson, Chris Corrigan, was outstanding. IMHO, Chris should teach a course on the right way to sell cars. He's knowledgeable, courteous, fair and understanding. I would recommend Chris (and Paul's Volvo) to anyone interested in purchasing a Volvo.

I was a returning lessee at Paul's Volvo this week and my sales experience with Chris C. was even smoother than it was 3 years ago when I leased my first Volvo S60. The sales experience with Chris is straightforward, customer-friendly and does not include any of the nonsense often found when one looks to purchase or lease a car. Chris and Paul's Volvo come to the table with a competitive price (without games or strings attached) and make the process quick and efficient. I can't say enough about how this experience differs from the vast majority of car dealers I've dealt with in the past.

It's rare that you go into a car dealership and feel less pressure than when you try to order a coffee at Starbucks. Chris C., once again, was able to handle our transaction in a way that removed all stress from what can be stressful process. In fact, he was so proficient that my father will be seeing him in a few months. This dealership is all class from the vehicles to the staff. You won't regret the visit.

It was easy to fill in the five stars to rate my experience at Paul's. My salesperson, Chris C., deserves those stars. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and interested in finding the right car for me. He handled everything very professionally, and answered all my questions. I was comfortable making this big purchase from Chris. If ever I buy another Volvo (they do last a very long time), I would go right back to him. In the meantime, I will send any friends or acquaintances interested in buying a Volvo to Paul's, and tell them to see Chris.

This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. We spoke first over the phone, and Chris C. made sure I had the exact car/color I was interested in purchasing. He is very honest and low key.. no pressure. I decided to pick up a few days later and all the paperwork was ready. All I had to do was sign! I would recommend Paul's Volvo to everyone looking for a Volvo. I even met Paul's grandson Paul as well. He was very down to earth and it's refreshing to purchase from a family owned dealership. Very pleased and would recommend them over and over.

We needed a new car to replace our 2001 Volvo wagon. . We had previously bought 2 volvo's at Paul's motors, and decided that we would check out the 2014 V60 SUV. We called our salesperson Chris C., who we had dealt with in the past. We went in that evening. Chris had us test drive a car, explained all the features, and in his very mellow, non agressive manner, worked out a lease for us that was within our budget. Chris goes the extra mile for all his customers. The car was ready when promised, We needed a car for the weekend, and he lent us a loaner car until our car was in. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul's Motors to anyone in need of a new/used car. Chris really makes the experience a pleasure.

This had to be the best car purchase I have ever made. What was said to me over the phone was what I got when I arrived to pick up my car.The deal was made over the phone. Chris C. is first class, up front honest and professional. When the deal was done the owner came over to thank me and my wife for the business. I would recommend Paul's Volvo to everyone looking for a Volvo. Don't waste your time going any place else.

I got a 2014 s60 at Paul's on Monday and it was one of the easiest car buying/leasing experiences ever. Paul's is a family owned dealership, the owner is super nice and greets you when you walk in. Chris C. was our salesman and was very nice, easy to deal with and was not pushy at all. I highly recommend going to Paul's if you are in the market for a Volvo. Chris has worked there for 20 years and Jeremiah who put my plates on for me has worked there for 30+ Years that right there says so much about Paul's!
