I came in for a routine oil change with roughly five months left on my lease. I waited two hours to find out that my two front tires needed to be replaced, with an alignment, and a few filters replaced. This ran about $500. I was never intending to spend so much on a car I will be returning in a few months. I asked how difficult it would be to turn my lease into a finance. Big Mistake. I entered the dealership at 12 noon and didn't leave until 9pm. I was passed from one sales associate to the next. Nothing was communicated until the very last minute when it was too late to do anything and proceed. It wasn't until eight hours after discussing the legistics of everything that the sales woman decided to mention that my credit has yet to be run and the price discussed was only for tier one credit which did not apply to me. I made it clear that I was unsure about the entire process and that I didn't know much on the topic. The sales woman would come and go, never leaving the discussed documents for me to try to understand. She was extremely vague and defensive once asked for clarity. When I asked if I could pick up the day car the following day around 6, as I wouldn't be off work until at least 5 and the dealership is easily an hour drive for me, her first response was to think about how she would be doing me a favor to stay a little later than what she was scheduled for. When you think of the typical, slimy sales people that prey on young adults that are trying to purchase their first car -- this is what you should picture. Do better.
