Love my new ram!

I came in to check out some new and pre owned trucks. I met a salesman Matt Barocas there and I had a lot of questions and did not know what I wanted, finally matt found my truck. A leftover 2017 ram 1500 with everything I wanted, He told me everyting about options and was so helpful I cant explain. Very happy go see him and mike for finance was great as well. Great family owned dealership that works together like family.

Hidden Fees and Surcharges

Three weeks ago I purchased a used vehicle from Liccardi Chrysler. They claimed that because I was purchasing the car using the internet price (almost 10K lower than the floor room price) I had to pay almost an additional $2500 in fees. These fees were solely reserved for those who purchased in reliance on the internet price. Later, I called other local dealerships and I was told that those fees are bogus. In any event, I financed through their finance office and paid all of the fees, including taxes, that I was told to pay. The finance guy then told me that if the dealership overestimated the registration and tag fees then I would get a refund. I received my temporary tags and travelled home. Almost two weeks later, the dealership called to tell me that that they had my tags, but I owed them an additional $160 because they underestimated the cost of my vehicle registration. I later learned that the underestimation was because they paid a 3rd party to process the tags and they neglected to include those costs in the fees I paid at purchase time. Again, I called other dealerships, and I was repeatedly told that when a dealership underestimates registration and tag costs then the dealership typically waives those fees for the customer. I asked the Liccardi manager to waive those fees and he said he would not. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said no. He expressly agreed that it was a mistake on their part, but that if I want the tags I'm going to have to pay more for them. I was upset and disappointed in this process, and I encourage folks to think twice before buying from them because they appear to create fees out of thin air and pressure the customer to paying for them.

A really great dealership with a trully caring staff

Honest, friendly and helpful sales people that make the entire experience of buying a car a complete pleasure. They go out of their way to make sure you're happy with your deal. The entire process from selecting a car to financing was quick and easy. I have bought two cars from them and will always buy from them in the future. They also have a great service department with very knowledgeable mechanics that will service and repair your car quickly and efficiently.

Brian was a great salesman who was very easy to relate to, and who went out of his way to ensure that I got what I needed, and wanted. He is very dedicated, and didn't force me into anything that I didn't want. I am very appreciative of his work, and would gladly recommend any of my friends to Brian, and to Liccardi. I am very pleased with the car that I got, and am proud to own my Dodge Dart. Thank you for making this experience so painless, and easy for me, as I had recently had my previous car totaled in a flash flood. While I wasn't initially looking to buy the car that day, I'm very glad that I did, as it has made my life that much less stressful.

My experience at Liccardi DODGE was horrible. I walked in there to purchase a lower level model of a truck. The dealer tried to sell me a higher model truck that was on the lot and out of my budget. (Not out of my affordability. I was paying CASH + my trade in.) BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!! I gladly accepted the higher model and told them Id take it. I had been given an appraisal for my trade in (in writing, I still have the fax, with the dealer letterhead), and a price for a new truck. In writing.... I scheduled the pick up of the truck for the next day. I arrived in the mid afternoon to find that the truck was not prepped and every sales man had a different excuse for why the truck wasnt prepped for pick up. I then went through a [non-permissible content removed] inspection of my vehicle where they inspected it on a lift, attempting to claim I had modified the vehicle.(which it wasn't) The dealer then wanted to work some numbers with me because the claimed that their wholesaler backed out of buying my trade in. Long story short, They tried a bait and switch move. They gave me a price on the truck in which they wouldn't honor, they gave me a price on the trade in, which they would not honor. The truck had $3500 in rebates for cash buyers per the RAM website, yet the [non-permissible content removed]claimed $2500 (extra $1000 profit to them if i bought the truck) What is worse is that they wouldnt even apologize to me. Liccardi Dodge wasted two days of my time several trips to the dealer for nothing. The economy is horrible, fuel prices are through the roof and this [non-permissible content removed] is trying to bleed every cent out of people. Please STAY FAR AWAY from any Liccardi [non-permissible content removed]. This [non-permissible content removed] wasted my time, my money and caused me aggravation.

Loving my new Chrsyler 300

I purchased a Chrysler 300 from Mike Dibrizzi 2 weeks ago. I inquired recently about the 300 on the web, Mike called me almost immediatley. I am impressed with the 300 (first american car) People keep commenting on my car. I have already referred it to three other people.

One thing that bothers me about dealerships is I feel likes its a game and I always feel preasure. Liccardi Chrysler Dodge was not like that at all. From my web inquiry to driving away in my new Preowned car. It was not even a thought when I my wife stared looking we started and ended with Liccardi. Thanks Mike and Bret for all of your help.

After purchasing a Dodge Charger from Liccardi, I contacted them regarding some issues that they should have easily resolved. Issues that they are obligated to resolve. Issues that they were aware of, but hid from me prior to buying the car. They acknowledged the issues, and stated that they were going to resolve them, as soon as they can get 'approval'. They promised to call me back. This has been going on for two weeks now. I call them every day. They tell me that someone will call me back. Nobody does. Do not trust Liccardi.
