Stay away find a dealer that is honest and competent.

These men are not only incompetent, they are patronizing. I went there with a pre-diagnosed problem from two certified master mechanics. I specifically asked them to address a specific area. Instead, they played around with the car for two hours, damaged my battery and blamed the problems I had with my car on my brand new battery. They will have some poorly trained sales tech try to talk technical with you. If you know anything about cars, you will know that he is full of garbage. If you can't get your vehicle fixed, call the New Jersey Department of Consumer Protection. Enough already. I'm convinced that those who haven't had a problem with these [violative content deleted], don't know that their car isn't being properly serviced.

Took my vehicle to another dealer. They did what I asked, and found out that there was a problem where I indicated. Next step is to hold Infiniti of Englewood accountable for screwing up the diagnosis and putting my safety at risk, by not addressing my issues, then making up lies during the process. STAY AWAY FROM THESE MEN. I would have spent almost TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS (if I had not done my own fact checking and finding and used my own knowledge of vehicles) and the problem still would not have been fixed. The manufacturer is involved now, has escalated the problem and acknowledges that it has many complaints about this particular dealer.
