As a woman walking into a male-dominated industry, it can be a bit intimidating. This was not the case at Fette Ford. My sales rep Luke, was professional, polite, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He even made sure I downloaded the Ford pass and used my points towards new matts, ( saved me $60) which he personally ordered and installed for me.

Professional and Fair

I have only one concern. Fette needs to improve their communication with the customer. That being said first and foremost the service manager Steve was a consummate professional and I am genuinely impressed with his attention and concern for his customers. This is a very very busy service department and the work done on my truck exceeded my expectations. I want to give a five star rating but I also hope they read this and work to improve communication. That being said I am very satisfied with Fette.

6 months of mistreatment and still not made right

Before I say anything, I need to say that we have loved our 2014 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium. While this is true, it stands in stark contrast and is colored by how we've been treated by Fette Ford. Fette entirely mishandled and delayed our warranty repair for over 8 weeks ending on Feb 10 and then failed until today(!) to make us whole. During our whole fiasco, I was lied to on several occasions, misled and strung along. A service manager was even fired due to the situation, but we have still not been made whole. We have an official customer service case and everything is well documented. Ford corporate has issued funds to Fette to cover our car payments and other expenses, but despite multiple attempts by me and by Ford corporate customer service, Fette can't seem to get around to sending us what we are due. I can't help but wonder what are they doing with our money It is clear to me that Fette Ford just doesn't care about the customer. I recommend avoiding this dealership at all cost.

I recently visited Fette Ford to test drive an Explorer. Although the dealer didnt have the model I wanted, the sales person Adam Horowytz let me test drive a similar model without any of the heavy sales pitch. After the test drive, he agreed to call me only if the "right" model came in. A few weeks later, an Explorer with the features I wanted arrived and we worked out a deal. It was great working with Adam. Im happy with my purchase. I believe youll find him easy to work with too. Thank you Adam.
