Not as advertised. Vehicle had dings and dents that were not disclosed. Vehicle was not detailed at all. In fact, it was filthy. Had barely enough gas to get to the station a few blocks away. Received tolls in the mail for several weeks after I bought my vehicle and drove it home to Minneapolis. Someone used an extra copy of my temp. license plate for 30 days. It took several hours on the phone with NY and NJ Port Authorities to sort it all out. They had crystal clear images of the cars and drivers that ran the tolls, but would not send me a copy. I would not recommend this place to anyone except my ex-inlaws.

Project one exceeded my expectations the car buying process here was very smooth and stress free. Our salesman Eric was the best he was very personable, patient, and knowledgeable all without being overly aggressive or pushy. I will definitely be visiting project one again.

Walked in to just look at a car that I had seen online. I had no intentions on purchasing anything today because I wasn’t in the mood to deal with the lengthy process I’m used to at a big dealership. Elvin had me in and out of there and behind the wheel of my new truck in about a hour. Awesome friendly service and I got a great deal on exactly what I was looking for. Thank you guys for my new Tacoma!

To give perspective, I have previously been a sales manager at a luxury car dealership and share the same if not more trepidation than your average buyer when it comes to the car buying experience especially if a trade is involved. I can not speak highly enough about my entire experience with the ProjectOne Team especially my consultant John. They were professional, extremely competitive price wise for both my trade and their car, and were accessible and transparent throughout the entire process. I am critical and extremely detail oriented and John did not miss a beat with his honesty and customer service. Easy and fair

CarGurus.com led me to a Volvo on their lot. I arrived to find the car in terrific condition, offered at a price well below bluebook value, with no weird strings attached. The dealership replaced a tire that looked a little funky for no extra charge and offered a great deal on a pre-emptive brake job. I worked with Kevin, who seemed genuine and who helped me get a loan on the spot. I have no complaints about Project One (though I'd recommend improving the decor of the waiting room). I'm very happy with my experience there, five days after taking the car home.

Best Car buying experience I have had, Found the vehicle online 2006 Highlander Hybrid, filed out application, got approved, went to site, spent 20 minutes signing paperwork, Left with Car, Not once was I pressured into anything or tried to be up selled on warranties. 3 Weeks after I purchase the vehicle a Service Engine Light Came on, Called Project One, they took the vehicle right in and fixed it even though I put 3,000 mile on the vehicle -- They stood behind the vehicle, no nonsense operation very professional. While waiting for the vehicle to be fixed had the opportunity to listen in on calls and customer interactions. Not once did I hear or witness a pressure sales they just presented what the vehicle was, directed callers to the website as they take a ton of pictures on the vehicle. Great Job John and Alvin. Definitely will do business with you folks again Thanks Ed

I bought my BMW i3 from project auto one in March and did not have good experience buying from. First of all, my sale person did not disclose there was two big scratches on the car until I mentioned it after I requested pictures from him. When I receive the car car wasn't properly detailed and had messed up alignments which I had to take it to my local dealer to get it fixed.so I really would not recommend buying from this dealer especially purchasing online.

Project One has a great selection of cars at great prices. They let you take your time checking out the cars. The online credit application was quick and easy. Elvin prepared all the paperwork so it took only 15 minutes to drive away with our new car.

False Advertising on their Website

On their website they state 3 DAY BUY BACK GUARANTEE. When I called and asked about it, they said there is no buy back guarantee - only that you can have your mechanic check it or pay for it to go to local mechanic. When I asked him wasn't that misleading since it's CLEARLY on their website, he responded with "there is no 3 day buy back guarantee and we can't take it off the website". Why would you place that on your website if you aren't going to follow it? Not right at all. And the gentleman on the phone actually had the nerve to give me an attitude when I asked about what was clearly written on his website!

Im live in Greenville, SC, I searched all over the southeast for the car I wanted originally looked on Carguru whom led me to projectone and just luckily they had just what I was looking for, Audi A5 3.2 quattro and the price was perfect. I called them and reached someone immediately (in America), I put a desposit down and in a couple of weeks my Black on Black Audi A5 3.2 quattro was shipped to me in Greenville SC, everyone I spoke with in the office was AWESOME. When I got my car it was exactly the car I bought from them, the car has ran great no mechanical issues to this point and I must say my car is often the envy of the town. My experience was the best every... no hassle, no haggle and no swithcha rue.... Projectone is simply AWESOME!!!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Project One Auto and I could not recommend this dealership enough! As a first time buyer, the process can be intimidating and overwhelming and I was already discouraged before coming to Project One. With previously having a horrible experience at another dealership, I was expecting the same pushy sales tactics. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and taken by John to see the car I came across on their website that very same morning. A total hands-off process, we were given as much time as we needed to check the car inside-out, turn it on, and take it for a test drive with NO pressure whatsoever. Needless to say, the cars at this dealership speak for themselves. The purchasing process was nothing but smooth, honest, and transparent. All of my questions regarding the history of the car, previous owners, maintenance, and all of the paperwork were answered openly by John. This was greatly appreciated being my first time purchasing a vehicle. Not to mention, the fair pricing offered at this dealership. Any doubts or concerns regarding the car I was more than welcome to bring in my own mechanic to check the vehicle before making a purchase, but I fell in love with my car right then. I walked out feeling great about my choice and in knowing I got a good deal. I do not regret buying my vehicle from Project One Auto, they are truly redefining the car buying experience!

Recently, I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord from Project One Auto. It was by far the most comfortable, transparent and easy going car buying process I've ever experienced. With previously having a horrible experience at another car dealership and almost giving up on buying a new vehicle, I walked into Project One Auto expecting the same pressuring sales tactics. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and taken by John to see the vehicle I was interested in. He gave us all the time we needed to checkout the vehicle, turn it on, look at it in and out, and later test drive the car with NO pressure of someone standing over us trying to make the sale. The hands off manner of this dealership is what impressed me the most. There is no one pressuring you to purchase a vehicle, needless to say, the vehicles at this dealership speak for themselves. The actual purchasing process was very open, honest, and transparent. Not to mention the fair pricing of the vehicles! I was even told to bring in my own mechanic if there were any doubts about the car, no pressure to buy the vehicle right that second. All of my questions regarding the history of the car, maintenance, and any documents involved in the purchase were answered genuinely by John which was much appreciated being my first true car purchase. I love my car and left feeling great about my choice. This dealership is truly redefining the car buying experience and I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

By far one of the best care buying experience ever...I went there bast on looking seriously for 6 months. I had been looking for 3 years but seriously for the last 6 months. I went to look for this specific brand vehicle a Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4 door. I 3 colors I didn't want and a one must have. Well, this particular one had all I was looking for plus it was beautifully maintained. John, did exactly what he said he would and that was get me approved. I appreciated the help on his end with making sure I got the vehicle of my choice (what someone else would have talked me into) for staying in constant communication and being transparent and honest. This truck It is a headturner for sure!!! My children, family & friends are all picking out their summer plans to swap cars...thank you Project One Auto, you #rock

This was my first car purchase and after visiting multiple dealers and scouring online listings for weeks, stumbling upon project one auto was a blessing. I came in on Monday spoke with John about some of their vehicles I was interested in and he was more than happy to show them to me and answer my questions. I ended up test driving a Mazda3, which I instantly fell in love with. The next day I called up with some follow up questions and after all my concerns were addressed I was convinced this was the car I was buying. After discussing all the terms, I came in on Wednesday with my down payment, signed some paperwork and left with my new car! The most noteworthy thing about this entire experience was their transparency in their website. All the information you could possibly need is right there for you. I highly recommend them. Thank you John and Project One for making my first auto purchase so simple and stress free.
