Called around specifically for a white Sahara with painted to match roof. After a week one came in and they called as they were unloading it. Went down and looked at it and left deposit. Everything else was by text and email. When I picked it up I was in and out in 20-30 minutes. The quickest auto transaction ever. Anthony was on it from beginning to we pulled out.

Being an out of state customer I was sure to think I might at least get a response to several questions I had about a vehicle I was interested in. I gave them all my info and finance option which included paying cash for the vehicle and couldnt even get a response back with a price it would take to make a deal happen. No response what so ever. If that isn't a lack of courtesy I dont know what is. On their website it says all the covid restrictions they maintain but it sure seems like a in person customer which poses greater risk of spreading the disease are more important than a customer trying to do it remotely until the final stages. They will have no problem selling the car I'm sure but it wont be to me or anyone I associate with. Terrible customer service

Purchased 2 cars from them. One car was constantly in for warranty repairs. They would not fix the car. They kept documenting the issue and I would up going back countless times for the same repairs. Finally after 18 months I took it to another dealer and wow they fix cars issues first try. Stay away.

I purchased a used certified Jeep from Precision in January. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted by a salesman who claimed Precision was better than all the other car dealerships out there. The salesmen stated no hidden fees other than a $450.00 Document Fee. After negotiating a price and being very excited to buy a Jeep for my wife, I missed a $500 etching fee in the invoice. I left multiple voice mails for the Finance manager to see if Precision would do right but did I not receive a response. I followed up with the Salesmen who said he would get back to me but he did not. I don't buy cars every day so shame on me for not paying greater attention to the details in the Precision invoice. I am completely disappointed. Precision is no different from the others and perhaps worse for the lack of a callback. It speaks volumes to their customer service. Leased a 2018 Jeep Compass. Probably one of the best, low pressure salespeople I ever dealt with, however the customer service skills of this dealership suck. Prior to leasing, I was doing research on the Jeep website (The National website for Jeep, not this dealer's local website). When you look at the build and price section of the Jeep Compass to build a vehicle you are told that the UConnect 3 with 5 Inch Display comes standard with Sirius XM Satellite Radio. I was also told at the Dealership that the Jeep came with satellite radio, and also actually had a brochure inside the vehicle welcoming me to my 1 year subscription of satellite radio and to enjoy it. Long story short, after delivery of the vehicle, come to find out the vehicle does not have satellite radio, nor is it even capable of receiving the satellite radio. You would think the dealer would know their own product, and Jeep would not put brochures in cars not so equipped. Jeep actually admitted the mistake of saying satellite is included in the UConnect 3 with 5 Inch display, and removed the statement from their website. You would think this is a simple problem for the dealer to resolve, but their best option was for me to go buy an external satellite receiver and run wires all over my car. I can only imagine this same issue has happened to tens of thousands of other people and hopefully we can get a class action suit going against Jeep, but this post is about the Precision Dealership, and not Jeep. You would think the dealership would offer to swap out radios, or give me a couple hundred bucks for misleading me, but nothing, they would rather lose a customer and any possible referrals that customer may have. So in summary, the dealership does not know their product at all, and could care less about you once you take delivery of your vehicle and they get your money. However, Anthony Ciasulla is a nice, friendly salesman who is easy to work with, besides for not knowing his vehicles very well. His boss on the other hand, must be [non-permissible content removed].

We were approached right away by a sales person named Brian Brigliadoro and he was ready to help in every way he could. In the past seven years, we have purchased five cars from these wonderful folks. Most recently, this past weekend we went back to see our favorite car salesman ever, Mr. John Leonhard. We were "just looking", but not really. We needed a four-door car for our family, something nice and sturdy and safe. Mr. Leonhard not only helped us find a beautiful one right away, he insisted we test drive it to make sure it was a good fit, then he took us through every aspect of it and taught us all its features. There is never, ever any pressure from Mr. Leonhard. I swear, if I had a tremendous garage like some of the sports players do, I'd buy a car every week from him. He is extremely trustworthy and plays no games and really looks out for us with each purchase. I also highly recommend Matt the manager and Joe the finance guy. Both finance guys are wonderful, we've just worked with Joe the most. Matt the manager negotiates the price fairly, no games. I have friends who sell these cars in other states and I know base costs etc and with Matt you get the best price he can give. And then to Joe the finance guy. I tell you, he goes right for the option with the most rebates, best rate, best terms. I'm a very critical person and research everything to death before I do it, but with these folks we are in expert hands and always come out with the best deal. How often when you buy a car can you say the next day, week, month, year even a couple of years later still smile about it? We do, because we shop here with these wonderful experts. I was saying to my husband, I feel like this car dealership is family. They are fantastic people and really know what they are doing and how to take care of their customers. Thank you John (see John Leonhard, you will be so happy!), Matt, Joe and Pam (the lovely woman who handles the records), and the rest of your great staff. We really appreciate the way you look out for us!

When I purchased my 2014 Ram last year my salesman Dan told me if I referred a friend and they purchased a vehicle I would get $100. Well my friend did purchase and it took me 11 months to get the $100. Calls and e-mails got me nowhere, a negative Facebook post on their page did get action. Very unprofessional. The service department has also been very disappointing. My truck was leaking trans. fluid so when I called and told Pam I needed to get it in right away I'm afraid the trans. is going to get damaged, she said the best she could do was a week. So my new truck sat in the driveway while I bummed rides to work. The day it was in for service Brian called me and said he has to order the parts it would be 2-3 days, well today is day 15 and they didn't even make one call to me to let me know what was going on. So finally I called and they couldn't even find my paperwork at first. After 10 min. on hold I get Brian's voicemail and it's now 26 hours later and no return call. I have been to several dealers and this one is the worst.

We've had our Jeeps serviced here in the past and it's always been a great experience. The last time they repaired my 2006 Jeep Liberty, it was greatly in need of work and they did a front to back diagnostic and repaired everything. Most of it was under warranty. We actually thought more needed repair, but they checked and double checked per our request and nope, they indicated what was wrong and repaired only those items. Very honest. Pam gave us exact quotes and timeframe, got our OK to do the stuff they did, nothing hidden and no games. We've had similar experiences with them in the past. Please do a search for this service dept on the Web, you will see more rave reviews. I'm not sure why the other two reviewers here had such a bad time with them, but if you look around at other sites you will see almost all glowing reviews. Just saying. I'm not affiliated with any dealerships or service departments, just trying to make sure these folks get a fair shake and the positive recognition they deserve.

We had a great experience buying my husband's Wrangler (see prior review). Well, a week later we went back to see Mr. Leonhard for another one, this time for me! I called first to make sure he was in that day, I was not sure of his days off and we trusted him from the prior purchase. He was in, and actually had some customers waiting to see him. I was not surprised. Regardless, he helped us all in a timely manner, no waiting, he ran all over the place and took care of us all. I left there with a beautiful, new yellow Wrangler Sport at a great price and financing. Gary, Joe, and Matt were all wonderful again as well. They are a great crew there. Too bad we are all car'd up for now, or we would be going back this weekend. Thanks guys for taking such great care of us again. We really appreciate the way you do business.

We've purchased three Jeeps from this dealership. This last purchase was the first time with the new owner, Precision. So we did not know what to expect. They were wonderful! Our Sales Person, John Leonhard, was friendly, informative, completely NOT pushy at all, and very very helpful with our purchase. The sales managers Joe and Matt are excellent. Joe was great to negotiate with (we didn't negotiate with Matt but had contacted him before going in), very fair. And Gary the finance guy was terrific. He drew up an excellent contract, nothing hidden, no issues whatsoever and got us great terms. We have brought in our other two cars for service and the service department is also communicative, fair, and yes I will say it, honest! Our experience with this dealership is unlike anything we have had at other places. It's so great, which is why we keep coming back. Thank you guys for all you do for your customers. And to those of you reading this review, when you go in to look at cars, ask for John Leonhard. When we got to the dealership he was driving cars around, getting to know them and how they drive. We ran into him on the lot after he parked one back in its spot. Great guy, you'll be quite happy!
