I had an appointment with Bridgewater Acura, to look at a previously selected used car. I was early, but, none the less I was greeted by Amanda. Amanda, although our interaction was brief, was pleasant and friendly. The first face any dealership would want customers to meet. She turned me over to Rick Verso, Sales Consultant and I thought to myself here comes the dreaded used car salesmen. But Rick was anything but. I already had selected the car I was interested in and gotten a price indication. I was satisfied the quoted price was fair and reasonable, a win/win situation for both and no further discuss was necessary. There was no let me check with my manager stuff between Rick and I. In other words, none of the usual used car drama. In addition, Rick was able to sweeten the deal and get me some $$ for what I considered a worthless trade-in. Rick made my anticipated used car dealings a real pleasure. Thanks buddy. Now too the Finance guy. Eddie Mcgeehan, the F&I manager. I thought, here comes a nightmare. Nothing could be further from the truth. Eddie worked with me, made what I anticipated would be unpleasant and the deal was done. So my used car buying experience turned into meeting some great folks and a new found opinion of buying a used car. Thanks guys.
