The professionals at Sansone are great!

I wanted to express how pleased I was with my recent lease experience at Sansone Route 1 Automall. I was interested in the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I have negotiated, bought and/or leased many new cars over the years and most of them were not very pleasant.I was very hesitant about visiting any new car dealership but my lease was up. I have never encountered the professionals I met at Sansone Hyundai. The initial internet contact person was Ms. Barbara Cotton. She was genuely concerned about my past experiences and I could tell she felt bad. She encouraged me to give Sansone Hyundai a try. She promised I would have an enjoyable experience. Was she ever Right!!! Every person I encountered during my car buying experience went above and beyond the norm making sure I was not rushed, pressured, or overwelmed. Mr. Mike Odierno, my salesmen, answered all of my questions. He made me feel like he couldn't do enough for me! I then negotiated with Giovanni. He made various offers and I made counter offers but he really went out of his way to work with me. He wanted my business but at a fair price. We agreed on the deal and I met Mr. Terry Chung, Finance Manager. It seemed he couldn't do enough for me either. He took the time and explained every line item and it's associated cost on the "long as your arm" lease agreement. I felt like I knew him for 20 years. I just can't say enough about each and every one of them. True professional, polite, and concerned people that make up a helluva team. It's really hard to find that in this day & age. Don't walk - run to Sansone Automall! It was truly an enjoyable experience which I know I will have more of in the future.
