Dealer not recommended

What a frustrating process! Very DECEIVING way of doing business. They offered us an Allstate Bonus Drive of $500 as part of the deal. I called days later to follow up with Allstate and they informed us the car wont qualify because it was a Demo car , previously registered with over 2000 miles. Thomas the sales man and the managers knew the car didn't qualify. While at the dealer I confronted Thomas about the issue. His response was “ OH WELL IT DIDNT QUALIFY” ! Moments later he comes back with an $100 dollar bill to pay us for his mistake ! Not only the salesman was horrible, but the finance guy didn’t explain any of the paperwork he put in front of us to sign. We had to ask him to explain. I can go on and on with all the misleading false información we were given but it is a waste of time . Bottom Line: DEALER NOT RECOMMENDED

Great experience for 1st Lease!

I was pleasantly surprised to have such a positive experience with my 1st lease, now I get it. I have only purchased vehicles outright and was always leery of leasing, Upon accompanying my son with his lease termination I was impressed with Joe Stanziones expertise and patience, I told him that was the fastest I had ever been in and out of a dealership, especially with turning in a lease & getting a new vehicle. Needless to say I returned the next week & traded in my own & got my first lease. I’m really happy I did, I would recommend it & Sansone, I purchased my 1st & only brand new car there which I still have (2002) & now I have a brand new lease so I am a happy repeat customer. Thank you.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! We all know that car buying can be a stressful experience. It was no different for me at Sansone Hyundai.Sansone Hyundai feel free to contact me if you choose. You have my contact information. I will not contact you first again! So I bought a used 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Color Orange. My salesman was Ryan Fox. I got there and no one greeted me when I was looking at the car. I went inside and met Ryan Fox. He did not seem very motivated to sell me a car. We took the test drive. I told him I needed to have my mechanic look at the car. We got back and I took it to my mechanic. Everything seemed fine mechanically but there were some issues and Ryan told me they would fix them.This was all on a Saturday. I came back on a Wednesday to take the car and expected these issues to be fixed but they weren’t.I was told I’d have to come back.In my mind these issues should have been fixed before I took the car. I had prefinancing when I came in and told Ryan this but they still ran my credit with other banks. I did not want this because it lowered my credit score. When I went into the financing office the guy they have here is a real price of work. I don’t remember his name. I walked in and he was very happy. He tried to sell me GAP insurance. I immediately said I don’t want it and he got very defensive with me and said I should call and ask somebody. I said NO again and from there on he was very cold and nasty. When negotiating w/Ryan I told him I DO NOT want window etching but when the finance guy gave me the contact it had window etching on it for $300. I told him that I told Ryan I don’t want it and HE LIED RIGHT TO MY FACE and said they took it off the price of the car. I looked at the price and told him that was the price I agreed too without window etching. He grabbed the contact from me and reprinted it and did not say anything to me. To me this was the height of Unethical professionalism. I also told Ryan I want to transfer my plates from my old car to my new one.He said no problem but again in the finance office this guy had no clue and tried to get me to sign for new plates.Luckily I read everything. This guy told me there would be an additional fee. I said no problem. When we were done before I left that office he nastily said to me "where’s the money”. I gave it to him no problem.Just complete unprofessional service. So I had to come back to get the issues fixed.Ryan said he would order the parts. He gave me the date to come back.I came back and the wrong parts were ordered.They didn’t tell me and I waited 3hrs.They gave me an appointment 3 days later but when I got there they said I had no appointment.So I sat there for 6.5hrs waiting.THATS RIDICULOUS! So I finally got the registration and took it to the dmv to be inspected. IT FAILED! How the HELL do you sell a car that’s not ready for inspection?! I called Ryan and he talked to the service manager.I was told b/c the computer was updated due to a recall I needed to drive it 200 miles to clear out everything.To me that’s crap.You don’t sell a car not ready for inspection.So I had to waste my time and gas driving around putting miles on the car.I went back to the dmv and it FAILED AGAIN! So I have to waste more time back at the dealership. They didn’t fix it. I took it to my mechanic and got it fixed. There are some other problems with this car. I’ve contacted Ryan but now he will not answer me. Just completely unprofessional service. All in all this whole experience was horrible and would NEVER RECOMMEND Sansone Hyundai.

Superb experience

Recently, I came here to lease my very first car. From beginning to end it was a very pleasant experience. It all came down to the wonderful service that Manny Kim helped me with. He helped me get the car in the model and color that I wanted and all around it was tremendous service. I got to test drive the vehicle too to make sure that it was what I wanted. A week later the car runs smoothly and I couldn't have asked for anything better. 10/10 for the service that Manny Kim provided me with!

Outstanding service and pricing

I went in looking for a new car. I met with David Penagos who ask questions and listened to what I was looking for. A few hours later I was signing paperwork to take delivery of a new 2019 Tucson! His product knowledge and ability answer all of my questions made me feel extremely comfortable. He walked me thru all of the features, and helped me the phone and car settings to insure I was 100% connected. I was not surprised when he called me a few days later to check in and make sure everything was going well. Highly recommend visiting Sansone for you r next purchase or lease.

Helpful and Understanding

I was at Sansone Hyundai on President's Day to try to take advantage of some great deals. This was my first "car buying experience" so I thought I should expect to be taken advantage of. To my surprise, I experienced the exact opposite. I walked in and spoke with Michael P who was very excited to be part of my first car buying experience. At the end of the day, the car didn't actually fit into my budget (to my own fault), but Michael was extremely patient with me and made sure to explain every step of the process. I learned so much in an hour from Michael, and I'm truly thankful for his time, honesty, and understanding given the situation. Once I can adjust my budget accordingly, I'll certainly be back at sansone Hyundai for a great car and superb service.

Deceptive & Misleading, Please be CAREFUL here!!

Although the staff was very polite, they have hidden fees and gimmicks... In my case, I was sold a 2014 Hyundai Elantra GT for $15,000 but it's listed on the Sansone's internet for $12,000... Please don't let them get you too!!

WOW

WOW what a great place to buy a car. I have 7 drivers in my family and we all have cars and I buy cars all the time. It started with me making an internet inquiry and Airanna got back to me right away she said that they had several of the Sonata Sport which I was interested in. I told her that I had prices from several dealers and she said that they would beat them. ( I have heard that many times before) I went to two dealers this week and left after a bait and switch at one and the other said I needed to pay $2500 for etch. So I made the trip to Sansone Hyundai I made an appointment and was told to see a Manager Ed Rubino. My wife and I were greeted by a salesman named Tom Peoples I told him I needed to see Ed and he brought me right to him, he knew I was coming and greeted us and said Tom would help us. I told Tom that I did not have much time and I wanted to buy a car and get out asap. The car was in stock they did not try to switch it and they honored the price that I received earlier in the day. Well are night got better and better and as time went buy, I asked Ed for a little better price and he saved us another $300 so we shook hands and Tom started the paper work and I did not have to tell him again that I wanted to leave asap so another salesman named Ryan Fox took the car to get cleaned, when Ryan came back he took my wife over to the computer to set up the blue link while I was on the phone with the insurance company and gave Tom everything he needed to get the deal done. He gave all the paperwork to Al Florence in the F&I dept came back right away and took out all the books and went over all of them. Both my wife and I then went in to F&I and Al was so nice and he did our paperwork as fast as he could and explaining everything. I gave him a check signed the contracts and we were done WOW just what we wanted! Next Tom took us to the nice cleaned Sonata and went over the whole car. We were out of the dealership in about 1.5 hours I think a record for us. My hats go off to Sansone Hyundai and Mr Sansone should be very proud of his employees from the General manager Ed Rubino, F&I Manager Al Florence, the Salesman Tom Peoples and to salesman Ryan Fox who did not need to help but he did and last to Airanna for all her help, What a great team effort. It just shows TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK Thanks to everyone for your help and I would buy another car from you anytime

I can truly say that I had a very pleasant experience leasing my new Sonata. My salesman, Bobby Minieri, made me feel at ease throughout the process. He listened, offered sound advice and helped me to get the best deal possible. This is my 2nd time leasing from Sansone and I have recommended this dealership to my friends and family and know I will be back in the future. Everyone I met at Sansone Hyundai in Sales and Service ere friendly and respectful and very helpful.

GM is a

The GM of Sansone Hyundai is very arrogant and does not want to interact with customers. He instead will talk down and take advantage of customers that really need a car. When you ask to see the car or show it to a friend who came to give you his opinion on the car, his answer is "You've seen it, not here to show you cars. Agree to the deal before I show you again." Don't buy from here. Worst experience ever. He will make sure you Do Not get the best deal and will make you feel like you are cornered. It's sad because I got a Toyota from there and I had a much better experience.

Well to start off this was the first car I bought since coming to this country. I have heard horror stories from friends telling me about the car buying experience so needless to say I had my guard up when I entered Sansones RT 1 Hyundai to potentially buy a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. I was approached by my salesman who was Daniel Walling. He seemed very nice and was very knowledgable on the Elantra. We drove the car and I fell in love! We came back to the dealer and I was given a fair price right upfront and a good monthly patent and that was it. No smoke and mirrors like I was told to watch out for. I was surprised actually how easy and quick it really was. I will be recommending all my friends and family to Daniel Walling and Sansone Hyundai. It was a very pleasurable experience! Hyundai Home Run !!! Great Sales team

Hyundai Home Run !!! I cant say enough about the GREAT experience I had with the dealership team at Sansone Hyundai. All the stereotypical fears were dismissed immediately. The first impression of this team was that they were not "just at work", but that they really enjoyed what they were doing .. They were friendly, extremely knowledgable, helpful, insightful, and the big win ... No Pressure. The Manager Gary M got me set up with his sales associate Jim K who engaged me in conversation that really helped him understand the needs of the vehicle I was looking for and what the right fit would be. The car I had in mind was on site, and I wound up driving it home that night. I test drove another vehile of a different make, and came back to the folks at Sansone Hyundai right afterwards...As far as value they actually improved on what I knew was an already great deal. Jim answered all my questions gave me some alternatives to think about, and was on target every step of the way. Gary runs a highly effective team that will not dissapoint anyone who is considering a purchase. This was my first new car purchasing experience, and I doubt I will go anywhere but here in the future. As I said this was nothing short of a Home Run in my book .. thank you Gary and Jim !!!

Don't believe the first price they give you

I visited the dealership with my 85 year old mother to help her purchase a car. After spending the better part of a day test driving and negotiating, we finally had agreed to a car and price. When we returned to the dealer to purchase the car, the manager said "No, I can't sell that car for that price, I need anouther thousand". Needless to say, we walked out. Unethical business practiced here.

This was my first new car, and from the minute my family and I walked up to the dealership Ronnie was our man. He greeted us right away and helped us with everything. He helped me get my dream car for a price that I could afford and was overall a wonderful person. GREAT EXPERIENCE

I had bought my 2006 Azera at Sansone so I returned there a few months ago when I was ready to trade it in for a new Santa Fe Sport.When I went in I told the salesperson what I was looking for and even though they didn't have what I wanted in stock he promised me he would find me the vehicle I was looking for,I had been on line checking the inventories of a lot of dealerships in my area and it seemed that a fully loaded Santa Fe Sport in serranno red was not to be found, but one week later they had the exact vehicle I was looking for,they had to get it for me from another dealer located in Danbury CT. I really appreciated the trouble they went through to get me what I was looking for.After we agreed on a price that I could live with we completed the deal and I drove home in my new Santa Fe Sport the same day.

Great Experience At Sansone

I found everyone at this dealership very friendly and helpful.Ray A. really went out of his way to find me the Santa Fe I was looking for,I was looking for one with certain packages and in a certain color,I was very specific about that and in about a weeks time Ray found me the Santa Fe I was looking for and when I was looking over the paper work for the vehicle I saw that Ray had to go all the way to Danbury CT. to find me this Santa Fe, now that is what I call going above and beyond. I will highly recommend Sansone and Ray A. to anyone looking to buy a new car.
