Upon starting to look at CRV's Diane came over asked if we needed any help . Very professional very knowledgeable about all trims of the CRV. She showed us all the colors of the EX version in stock. (that is the one I was interested in). Did not feel pressured at all during the entire visit. Test drove the CRV, upon returning, Diane answered all of my questions. I ended up purchasing the EX from Diane. Easy transaction. Would definitely shop @ Honda of Keene if you are looking to purchase a CVR!!! I highly recommend Diane, she totally knows the vehicles the she is selling. Professional & friendly. Dan in finance is great to work with. Great dealership! Had a large assortment of CRV's to choose from.

I knew the minute I met Diane, she was the type of salesperson I wanted to deal with. She was professional and friendly. She wanted to know if I knew what I had in mind for a vehicle. From there she was very informative about the CRV. She never made us feel rushed. I am completely satisfied with the transaction. Diane is top notch! Dan in finance was great also!

This is a VERY PERSONABLE, and friendly place of business. We purchased a used vehicle from them on a Saturday and picked it up on Monday evening. They made sure we had everything we were to get. I have to say this was one of the nicest car buying experiences we have had. No pressure sales - were were given ample opportunity to make sure the Truck we were interested in was a perfect fit for our needs. Tim Stone in Sales was fantastic to work with - I would highly recommend Tim to any of my family or friends. Once we settled on the deal, we then worked with Dan in the Finance Dept. to finish up the sale. Dan was great, he explained everything very well and provided us with options for warranties that met our needs. This was our first dealing with Honda of Keene, we are very happy and looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our new Truck! Thank you Tim and Dan for making us feel like part of the family!

We enjoyed dealing with Alex and Honda of Keene sales team. We narrowed our choices to the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV 4. There was no pressure from the sales team while we looked closely at the CR-V vs the RAV-4; our questions were all patiently answered; and the was no haggling on the pricing which exceeded our expectations. They were great handling the paper work.

There was no attempt to sell me something I didn't want. They listened to me and met my stated needs. Throughout the process the staff was pleasant, cooperative, and helpful, giving a very good impression of what the service and support experience would be.

I was pleasantly surprised that the trade value wasn't argued and the staff didn't find "issues" that I have found happens every time with some bigger dealerships. they offered fair value and didn't try adjusting the price of the new car to justify the reasonable trade price.

I needed to trade in my Audi Quattro to reduce my monthly payments in order to purchase a house in the area. I was very specific in what I needed for payment restraints. I gave all the information to George T. who found a few vehicles on the lot that would fit my needs. What I liked the most was that he stayed within the guides of what I gave him. Other dealerships I went too seemed to what to 'upsell' me or didnt understand that I needed to stay within a very specific price range. At Honda of Keene that wasn't an issue. We found a vehicle that fit everything I was looking for and closed on the vehicle that same day! I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with.

Bought mhy car from Craig B. He was very well versed in all aspects of Hondas and especially the Fit I purchased. No pressure to consummate the sale. I felt totally at ease with him and would recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a Honda. My wife and I live approx 75 miles away from Keene, and would again drive to this dealership to purchase another Honda, and of course, from Craig!

Overall excellent experience. Just because Keene is a bit of a drive, it is definitely worth the drive. Salesman Dan was very pleasant to deal with; No pressure sales; they wanted to work with me to sell a new car.
