2004 Toyota Tacoma

Generally, always a good experience there. I had a brief squeal on the right front wheel area, I thought it was the brakes. I brought it in, they checked it out, test drove it and heard nothing, did a visual on brakes, wheel bearings and belts and all looked good and all at no charge. Service like this will bring me back to purchase another Toyota when the time comes. Thanks for putting my mind at ease.. Brought my 2004 Tacoma on 4/13/24 for a squeal when the fan turns on and brake light staying on. Issues were fixed within 2 days, albeit not cheap but they (Bryan Bell) said it wasn't safe to drive like it is. Toyota issued at no charge a 2023 4x4 Tacoma loaner vehicle for the 2 days, I was thrilled and spoiled. My Tacoma runs great and I've owned it for 18 years with no body rust at all. I'll be retiring 16 months, perhaps I'll be needing a Tacoma to celebrate.

Searching for someone to get my vehicle inspection

I tried for over an hour to find somewhere to have my vehicle inspected. Ira Toyota took me right in even last minute without a complaint. Other places were looking at their watch (even at 3:50pm) because they were concerned about being off work exactly at 5.

Purchase of pre-owned Sienna

The staff at IRA were very helpful and accommodating! Giselle (our sales rep) was efficient and even helped buckle in our carseats before we left. They were willing to match another offer on our trade-in. They also provided a rental because our Sienna was not ready until the day after the purchase. The only reason I did not give 5-stars was because the van was ready later than they said it would be, so that caused a bit of stress because I had to be somewhere else and I ended up waiting for the van to be finished. Overall, it was a very positive experience! We are happy with our purchase!

Hi, I brought my 6 y.o Tacoma in for an oil change and inspection sticker. The service advisor stated two hours and he was right on the money. They did a multi- point inspection and identified three areas that need attention in the future. I understood but did not have the dealership do any additional work today. I received a small discount as well. Overall very very satisfied.

I waited 4 1/2 months for my Tacoma two days to prior giving up on it, and just canceling it altogether no fault of Ira Toyota at all and I mean no fault at all JOSH Cozart the assistant manager was the greatest the whole deal worked out, and I would absolutely buy from them again no pressure no pushy you need this. My husband, Robert, bought my 2018 RAV4 in April 2018 from Manchester Toyota. Since then I have used Manchester Toyota for all service needs. All your service reps have been wonderful and fair. On Jan 3, 2024, I brought the RAV4 in for service and got the nicest service rep, John Prance. He was most helpful in answering my questions. He had a nice and cheerful manner. Made me feel very comfortable since I was married to two mechanics (both have passed) so all I did with cars was drive them. I know how to drive but never had to worry what made them work. John fit the bill. He took the trouble to explain what was done. The total bill was fair. Thank you for making my life easier. ❤️
