I brought my F-150 in for service on June 12th. Because of a delay in getting parts for the repair, no fault of Ford of Londonderry, my rental went beyond the allotted per incident time. Ford of Londonderry intervened with the insurance company to extend my rental until the repairs were completed. I realized I also needed a new windshield and they said they would also work with my insurance company to get that done also. Finally, when all the repairs were completed they performed an oil change, 70,000 mile maintenance and did a beautiful job detailing the truck inside and out. I dreaded the hassle of being the go between with the insurance company and Ford of Londonderry so their help was invaluable. I am a customer for both my future vehicles and service for life.

I have been using ford of Londonderry for years and i was very satisfied with their service. BUT, for the last couple of visits i wasn't completely satisfied and disappointed for their technicians.negligence in keeping my Interior and Exterior car clean after service, Once, they left all old glue residue and some old pieces left from the inspection sticker around the new inspection sticker. And especially the last couple of weeks for the second time, when I had my oil change, and tire rotation at ford of Londonderry.location. I have white color interior frames and seats, their technician left all his greasy fingers and arm prints on my seats, arm rest, and the upper left edge of my my white interior corner near where they stick their next oil change sticker and around that sticker all greasy, on my passenger seat and interior door. i was very upset, because i always keep my car clean and take pride of that, to the point i got lots of compliments how my car how always look clean.and beautiful. They did apologize and tried to clean it , but still lots of oil residue on passenger seat and upper left corner near the sticker, i will go back and see if they clean it again, or see if they will give me their cleaning solution and i clean it on my own way.

I have been a faithful customer for nearly ten years. After spending over $1000 for Air conditioning repair that lasted mere months, I was not happy with the idea that ‘something else’ is now wrong with it that would cost an additional $2000. I am taking my business elsewhere. It’s too bad. I always had my service done there.

Lee Turner sold me my car years ago, and he has always assisted with any questions and service needs. i gave my mom the car a few years ago, and he has always kept his word to take care of us and always be upfront about service. he also helps translate for my mom when she goes in for service.

2018 Eco Sport Lease

I came in on 8/24/18 to return my lease and get another lease. I wanted to go from the Fusion to an SUV. I had dealings there with both John & Raul. I came in knowing what I wanted to do and the 2 of them made it pretty simple to do so. They were both fantastic to work with. Roger did the final paperwork and he was also quick and knowledgeable. My family & I always go to Ford of Londonderry for our vehicles. This is due to the people that work there, like John, Raul, & Roger...

I delt with Roger, the financing agent, and would like to coment on my dealings. NOT VERY HAPPY! He gave me a 7.5% rate for my loan and just refinanced to get less than 5% with a credit score of over 800. He then charged me $895.00 for gap insurance and I am now getting it for $400.00. He then charged me $395.00 for administration fees when it should be an average of $250.00 every where else, and a $27.00 tile fee I am now paying $25.00 for. I left messages many times for him to contact me which he gave the excuse "his answering service was not working and he was very busy." I needed a 10 day pay off letter and the gap insurance to be removed from the laon so I may refi with my other company. STILL NOE RESPOSE. Londonderry Ford you deal with him because I am not! He does need a revue on what customer service means and how to talk with customers. A VERY UNHAPPY SITUATION with dealing with Roger

Ford of Londonderry people are great, friendly and willing to work towards a mutually acceptable price. There was never a "hard sale" issue and everyone that interacted with me, connected positively to me. They didn't make 5 or 6 different calls to me like AutoFair Ford. The folks at Ford of Londonderry respected my time and gave me room to make a decision. No "hard sell", just friendly people. They took the time to listen to me, do research, and communicate to me. BETTER THAN ALL THE REST!

Mr.Lee Turner was my salesman. He is amazing! I’ve purchased three vehicles from him. He gives you an honest answer no BS. I’ve asked about other car options and he was honest and advised me which I should do. Not just sell me a car because he has too, like other dealers. He checks us on you all the time to see if you need anything. Calls on special holidays to say hi. What other salesman does that? He and the dealership makes sure you are satisfied. So I went online on a Sunday morning after doing a drive by of the dealership...I then found the truck I was interested in and wanted more info on so I went over a request this was at 7am before the dealership opened..by 1030 terry from internet sales had contacted me and we chatted about what I was interested in and what I was looking to do..she then told me she would be in touch within the hour with info...within a half hour she had all the info I needed to make a decision..the dealership was going to be closed that Monday due to the holiday so she told me she would be in touch on Tuesday morning first thing...Tuesday morning cane and sure enough soon as she arrived she was in touch with me and getting things in order..she needed some info from me in which I sent right over through email due to me being at work...by 1ock that afternoon she had everything done and ready for pickup...she then told me once I arrived to contact John he would finish the sale...I arrived at the dealership at 4ock that evening...I then met John and asked to take a test drive he was with another customer so he gave me the keys showed me a few things and sent me on my way..after coming back from ge test drive I walked in and instantly greeted by John and terry asking how I liked the truck..I told them I was ready to buy...they brought me into the fianance office and within a half hour everything was signed and done..all numbers were exactly where terry and John told me they would be no questions asked...John then went over the truck with me and set me all up with my ford account and sync account..it couldn’t have been a more stress free easy going buying experience..just wanted to say thank you for everything and I will be buying more and recommending everyone to Londonderry ford

2014 Focus Transmission Repair

Car suffered from the classic dual clutch transmission shifting issues that has unfortunately followed this vehicle which otherwise is marvelous. Ford of Londonderry service took the time to listen to me describe the problems, investigated and confirmed, provided me a temporary vehicle, and repaired the transmission and performed numerous other vehicle checks. it shifts perfectly now amazing difference. While it's still early on the repair, the service experience was exceptional and outstanding - excellent dealership.

Conflicting information within Service Department

I have a 2017 Leased this year, Ford F150, leased from Ford of Londonderry, I also paid 895.00 for wearcare insurance on my leased vehicle. I took the truck Tuesday for an oil change, while I was there I inquired about my antenna is coming apart,(shredding) Marybeth of the Service Department inspected the antenna and agreed it needs to be changed. She stated, its very distracting with the wires flying around and she only moved the truck in the parking lot. I asked her how much would that be and she said, there is "no charge for antenna or installation" she said the antenna would be in the next day. I asked if I needed an appointment to have antenna changed. She said no, just come in anytime and they would put the new antenna on. So today I drive back to Londonderry Ford to have new antenna put on. Now today I am told I have to pay for antenna and pay for installation if I want it put on or I could pay for the antenna and install it myself. So why was I told differently on Tuesday? Is that what the parts department does. One service person tells you its covered 100% then the next service person 3 days later tells you no its not covered. Shouldn't they all know what's covered and what's not? Conflicting information is very frustrating!

Just purchased our third car from Ford of Londonderry. Tim Finnegan was our sales advisor and he did a great job explaining every feature, updated us on a few different models, etc. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and did not pressure us into buying. We liked the car (Ford Edge) and Tim so much we purchased one that day without looking elsewhere. Super easy and pleasant experience and everyone was very helpful and nice. Chuck in Finance immediately got us 0% financing and we brought our car home yesterday. Everything was wonderful. Thanks, Tim and Chuck, we will return again.
