Patty and Doug have made this experience so amazing!!! They worked so hard to get our large family the passenger van we so desperately needed. They didn't have anything on the lot that we qualified for so they found an amazing one in Reno, brough it up here, and we had our new van the very next day!!! They definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were more than happy. I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy a car now, they have made customers for life in my husband. I don't usually recommend things or write reviews but I felt their outstanding customer service needed to be broadcast. And you can be sure I will be recommending them to all my family and friends!!!

All the staff at Wild West Chevrolet are really fantastic! From the girls answering the phones, through to Patty in sales, George the Operations Manager and Ashlee in finance, my experience at Wild West was first class. Not only did they treat me like I was the most important customer to ever walk through the door it was done in a way that was genuine, friendly and heart felt. This is why this dealership is so successful as it practices what it preaches. Wild West truly does care! My family and I will never buy from anyone again. After agreeing on the model I wanted, George and Patty found my a model that was a year newer (2014) and a model grade higher... and didn't changed the agreed price but simply did it just because. That is customer service at it's finest! So matter how far you have to drive to get to this dealership to make a purchase, then do it. You will not be sorry!!!!!

I traveled from Seattle to Yerington in January to get the used car I was looking for. Jerry was my point of contact, and he was refreshingly professional. Not only did he do everything he promised, he did way more. Since I was buying out of state, he graciously provided detailed pictures of the car, answered all questions and continued to make sure I was happy. The best part was when he actually delivered the car to our hotel in Reno to finalize the purchase which was easily completed in the lobby. He saved me two or more hours by bringing the car to Reno, and I had not even purchased it yet! Really good people skills, very easy to work with. Great dealership! Excellent service! I drove the car from Nevada to Seattle with no problems at all.

Emailed dealer while returning from out-of-town trip after seeing a possible car in inventory (online) that would work for us. We had been shopping for a 2010 Fusion or Malibu for several months. Of the two cars in inventory, both 1LT Malibu's, we thought we might like the Mocha Steel color. Asked for an out the door price (tax [7.1%] and paperwork) including the $3000 manufacturer incentive. Received a reply same evening with a price of $21,866 - out the door. Drove to dealership following Sat. morning, really liked the Mocha Steel color, drove vehicle, and made the purchase. The sales associates, "Patty" (male), and Kathy, were very courtesous and honored the quoted price, even though the quoted e-mailed price did have a small error in our favor. We are very pleased with the car and the dealer. Highly recommend, but check inventory online, as the dealership is located in a rural area. No use going if they don't have what you want.
