Richard Dvorak is Amazing! Great Sales!

This review only pertains to the sales experience (NOT FINANCE) of my 2017 Hyundai Elantra with Richard Dvorak. I began car shopping on Monday and did some internet shopping. Received a call back that same day from Richard. He advised he was off on Tuesday & Wednesday, but to just give him a call if I wanted to come down and take a look at any vehicles. He gave me his cell number and I ended up calling him Tuesday afternoon. He met me at the dealership and we looked at a few vehicles, checked options, and took a test drive. I told him I was definitely going to buy a vehicle, but would wait until Thursday or Friday since he was off on Wednesday. Well, I started looking online again and realized that the vehicle I wanted (with the options/color I wanted) was the only one on the lot. On Wednesday I again called Richard (on his day off!) and he said no problem, come on down. He had the car being detailed as I arrived. We completed the paperwork and while waiting for the finance manager he went and filled the tank. We had quite a bit of a wait and he waited with us and kept us up to date on the time frame. This was all on his day off! He gave us a tour of the dealership, service, and parts departments. He sat in my new car and helped me set up the Blue Link and showed me some neat options while we waited. Overall this was the absolute best experience I've ever had with a salesman at a car dealership. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Richard in the future! Very straightforward, honest, and caring individual. He went above and beyond and made the experience a great one!!! Thanks for everything Richard!

Just bought my 3rd Hyundai and cannot express enough how easy, painless and straightforward the purchase process is with Lithia Hyundai is Reno. I am super impatient with things like buying a car, but my experience with Hyundai is so easy I just keep coming back. My car is more luxurious and driver friendly and the passengers love my 2017 Sante Fe Turbo as much as I do!

Well we was in the market for second car.. I went on credit karma to check something things out with my credit.. I seen you can fill out a application and they sent it over to Lithia Hyundai of Reno.. When in a few mins there was a Voice mail on the home fun and email.from Rod Allen.. I did everything through email.. All this happens on 9/29/16// Well on 9/30/16 at 3pm i went down and met Rod Allen and we went over numbers and they said they was able to help us.. He showed me a 2012 Chrysler 200.. It looked real dirty and it still need to be inspected.. I guess they just got it in from some where... So that day we signed papers and the car was not going to be ready until Saturday. Well the car need some TLC so now it was not going to be ready until Tuesday which was fine with us.. On Tuesday got a call in the morning at picked it up at 3pm.. I was shocked I had a bad experience at one of there other Lithia dealership.. Well i think a lot different of Lithia know... If you are in the market for a car.. CAll Rod Allen and tell him I sent you.. The service there in the sales part was wonderful we will see when i come back for a oil change in Jan 2017 and then i will rate there service department... BIG THANKS to Lithia Hyundai of Reno and to Rod Allen for the best Customer service i ever got at Lithia

I called Lithia Hyundai and got a hold of Joe. He was very personable and very understanding of my needs. I am trying to purchase a home, and was hoping to lower my overall residual payments and I thought trading in my vehicle was a good way to do that. When I arrived at Lithia, Joe set me up with Cody. He was also kind and knowledgeable. They took the time to find the best offer they could for me. They ended up being able to lower my monthly payments and my interest rate significantly and I walked away with a fantastic 2008 Pontiac G6. I am absolutely in love with my vehicle!!! I will continue to refer people to Lithia and I will go back myself for all my future car needs. Thanks Guys!!!

I have been a part of several new car purchases in years past, but my solo experience with Mr. Bill Khan and his personable and knowledgeable expertise was not only a great pleasure but was truly unexpected. His sincere thoughtfulness and respect shown to me was more than appreciated. I never felt intimidated, pressured or looked down upon, as some try to make women feel. His kind manners along with his willingness to not only listen but hear what I wanted, instead of pushing a sales pitch was quite refreshing. I can honestly say Mr. Bill Khan is a very special asset to your company and I will not hesitate to recommend him and your product to anyone who asks my opinion. I would also like to mention Richard for being so kind and gracious to accept my wanting to see Mr. Bill Khan instead of keeping a later appointment with him. I want to thank you for making my purchase quite pleasurable, and needless to say, I love my new car.

I traded my 2013 Tuscon for the new 2016 model, with more features. Richard Dvorak worked closely with me to get me the best trade for my old one and a great deal on the new one. I was treated with courtesy and respect throughout the whole transaction. 2016 Tucson

The experience was great and relatively quick as car buying goes. Dylan spent time letting the car sell itself while answering all our questions. Actually, the time he spent in going over our new car and what everything does and where it was at was longer than the time we spent with Dave doing the financing. It's usually the other way around in our experience. My return visits with questions were met with the same friendliness and no sense of rush of time. Sales after the purchase is good.

My wife and I just bought a brand new, 2013 Sonata SE on the last day of April. I have to say, they really bent over backwards to give us a good deal. No matter what, wait till the end of the month to buy. Even better if you can wait until the end of the quarter.

Dishonest dealer

Vehicle listed for 15,900 in add, went to purchase and salesman folded the contract, convinced us the price writen was sales price, got home unfolded the contract and found vehicle overpriced by 1,000. Dont go to this dealership without taking Contract evaluation 101 first!!
