Chris Daw was fabulous! He got me in the perfect 2024 RX 350. He listened and understood what I wanted. Chris is the best salesman I've ever dealt with. This is the third vehicle I got from him. And my eighth Lexus. Great product which is extremely safe.

Best experience ever

My experience was awesome. The staffs are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was never pressured to make any radical decisions. I was totally in control of my purchase and my salesperson was very supportive. The culture at Lexus is the best compared to any other dealerships. I will continue to purchase and recommend the Lexus brand to anyone in the market who will be purchasing a new vehicle. The brand stands for quality, integrity, honesty and transparency. Lexus of Las Vegas on W. Sahara is an outstanding dealership. Jay was a super salesman. I called him late evening and he listened to my intentions and parameters. He was responsive and helpful, quickly made an honest deal, and stayed late to make it happen on my tight schedule. He kept his word, followed up, and facilitated a hassle-free proper detail two days later. David and Luis were awesome on my drop and pick-up from the detail, and took time to show around the technology in my new 350-ES Premium. Solid experience all around. Thank you.

Fantastic experience start to finish

Between Scott (Sales), Danielle (Manager), Don (GM), and Val (Detailer), I feel my entire experience with Lexus of Las Vegas was fantastic all around. I flew in from San Diego and they took care of me from the airport all the way to letting me tape up my 2024 LC500 coupe on the side of the dealership for the drive back to San Diego. Did all paperwork(for the most part) remotely, so there was minimal to do in the dealership. Scott shot me a message later in the evening to ensure that everything went well on the drive home. If they have another special interest model in inventory in the future, I will instantly buy again from them.

This dealership has friendly & professional staffs . Our salesman Scott Soulliere was awesome & got us what we wanted a brand new fancy Lexus SUV . He explains available options to getting a person happily in their desired vehicle, including sell or trade in options. Ana Corbo was extremely thorough in explaining the options available for protecting our vehicle. This was also the fastest we were in and out of a dealership in the car we wanted from the start. Best Dealership I've Ever Bought a Car From

I bought a 2023 RX yesterday from Lexus of Las Vegas. The salesperson, Johnny, was amazing. I had a less-than-stellar experience at a dealership earlier in the day, and decided to drive over to Lexus of LV. Lexus of LV is amazing -- they have it together. I was interested in pre-ordering a 2024 GX. Johnny was happy to put in a pre-order, but suggested I consider the RX, for various reasons. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable (being that he worked at the dealership for over a decade and owns Lexus products). After about an hour and a half of looking at the RX and taking a test drive I left and later in the evening I decided to go with the RX. I am very happy with my decision and very grateful that Johnny steered me to the RX. The car is awesome. I had a Lexus previously but then for the last 15 years or so had BMWs. Never again will I buy a BMW. From now on Lexus is my car make. And Lexus of LV is the dealership I will go to, and Johnny is the salesperson I will work with. I have zero dislikes. Nothing but a 100% positive experience in every respect. All of the people at the dealership (finance) were wonderful. I highly recommend Lexus of Las Vegas. I will spread the word to all of my friends and neighbors. Buying a car can be stressful and not always fun. Johnny made it a truly enjoyable experience and I look forward to working with him again when we buy our next car.
