Fussy About My Truck

The dollar investment in my Siverado High Country Deisel is too great to have the truck serviced by mechanics and shops not expert specialists with the make and model. Henderson Chevrolet has NEVER disappointed me.

Best Service for your Corvette definitely went above 5 stars!

Ray Beauchamp took excellent care of me and my Corvette and made me feel confident in getting care for my car. I entrusted him as I was told he was the best, and he was exactly that. Highly recommend to any Vette Owners in the area. No "Express Lane" service for my car, and no "express" service. They took time to do quality work. Only the best for my Vette thank you Ray! Engine overheating, coolant tank

Went to the Henderson Chevrolet service as my notification indicated that the engine was overheating. I did not have an appointment, but Mr Ray was accommodating and was able to get my car in to replace the coolant tank and the overflow bucket. Since I did not have an appointment, the repairs took longer than I anticipated which was OK. A portion of the cost was covered under warranty, so my final cost was manageable.

Fast Reliable and not up sale pressure

In and out in 20 minutes.. Cup of coffee and gone. Can not ask for more. But you must be early cause that time will get loner as the morning goes. But still fast service.

Staff is friendly and caring. Bill made sure that everything was done correctly and in time! Lounge area is comfortable and made even better with complimentary bottled water and wi-fi!!!

Amazing!

Henderson Chevrolet has been able to beat and exceed all other Chevrolet dealerships in town when it comes to very reasonable prices. I have dealt with other dealers like Ed, and they can't touch Henderson on putting the customer first, vehicle pricing, and making sure you feel like you got a great deal walking out.

A Breath of Fresh Air

The last time I bought a new car, the process made me feel more like a hostage than a customer - there's a reason why it has been over 20 years since I risked doing this again. This time, however, it was a much more pleasant experience in many ways: 1. I was getting rid of a Ford product (2002 Lincoln) that flashed warning lights so often, I felt like I was playing Whack-A-Mole; 2. I didn't experience any of the "Let me take this to the manager and see what I can do," which usually meant sitting around watching a bunch of sales people gathered around the manager's desk as they seemed to be competing in a "Funniest Joke Contest"; and 3. Most importantly, we got a Chevy!!!! Even something as seemingly insignificant as the instrument panel had a much more pleasing look to it. And in the first few moments of driving our new car, I couldn't help but notice how much stress had magically melted away. All this, and we didn't feel like a hostage either! Thanks, guys!

(Service Advisor) is, simply put, the very best we ever met: Professional attention and skills, knowledgeable and dedicated, pleasant personality, etc. Also, an excellent Service Dept. that took care of the following: A routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) as well a Factory recall (hood striker) for our 2015 Colorado. Express Lube & Service Dept Suck

I went in at 7:00 am, on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, to get an oil change. The tech came to me and told me I needed an engine air filter and that my RR tire pressure monitor sensor is not working, which I knew, as it has not worked in over twelve (12) months. I declined getting an engine air filter, because my husband can change it, at just the cost of the filter. I'm not worried about the tire monitor, as I can check my tire pressure myself. The next day, my check engine light was on and all of the tire pressure readings on the in-dash message board read '--'. I took my car into the dealership on Friday, March 3, 2017 to get the check engine light and the tire pressure readings checked. I was told that the tire pressure readings just needed to be 're-learned', which they already fixed, and that I needed a new O2 sensor. I declined the repair for the O2 sensor because the quote was $350+. My husband can fix it for the cost of the sensor and a few minutes of his time. The sensor costs $70-/+. The cost of labor is apx. $250-/+ is ridiculous. My husband and I picked up my vehicle. When I got in my car all of the tire pressure monitor sensors still read '--'. I told Jake, service advisor, he took my vehicle back to the service department. He came back two (2) minutes later and said that it's going to continue to do that until I get the RR tire monitor sensor replaced. This is not true, as it hasn't worked for twelve (12) months or more and the other three (3) readings were always reading. Also, the check engine light was no longer on...I wonder why. When I went to pay for the diagnostic, I was charged $145ish. I asked why so much, as I only authorized the diagnostic charge of $99.50. The cashier said because I got the tire pressure monitor reading fixed. I told her that I did not authorize any work. She spoke with Jake and I guess he told her to just charge for the diagnostic. I believe the quick lube people did something to my car to get it sent to the service department, just to get money. I had the worst experience there these past two (2) visits, in which I will not be returning either. I also will not be buying a vehicle from Henderson Chevrolet, due to this experience. My husband and I were looking into buying a new truck too. We will direct our business elsewhere.

Poor service department

I made an appointment to have a hvac recall taken care of. Two days later I arrived at 7:30 for my 7:30 appointment. At about 10:00 I was told that a clamp needed was not in stock and I would have to wait until it could be gotten from another dealer in a hour. The work was completed at about 1:30 that afternoon. When a customer makes an appointment for a repair, someone in the service department should insure the parts needed are on hand. Not doing so is poor customer service.

Service Department

This service department is awful. When I took my car in for quick-lube, they broke 4 covers for the lug nuts. They did not tell me this, and after I inspected the car, I found it. They did replace them, but they should have told me in the first place. I recently found that my cruise control was malfunctioning. When I called, they advise me that I could get an appointment in a week. I could not wait because I was planning a long road trip. The service advisor said that was all he could do, because cruise control is a convience and not a neccessity. when planning to drive 1500 miles, I would consider it a neccessity. Anyway, who wants to wait a week to have their car serviced. I have found another dealer, that will see the car tomorrow. After this treatment, I will never take my car back to Henderson. I will drive to the other side of town, where at least I feel that my business is appreciated.
