Always a pleasant experience

I have leased from Findlay Cadillac several times and they are always so nice to me. It is a special feeling to get into a new vehicle. They go out of their way to be friendly. The vehicles are top notch and make me happy to drive them. I usually get the smaller SUV. It the past, I leased an Escalade, an SRX, and this time, I leased the XT5. The sleek lines of the Cadillac design always bring me back. It says fast and modern to me. It stands out from the rounded standard look of the other vehicles.

Abundance in rudeness

The salesperson conducted himself in a professional manner and working with him was a positive experience. In contrast, the sales manager was rude and aloof. He could benefit from charm school. He was indifferent to working with me as well as have any interest in satisfying the buyer!!!

I was treated very well by the salesman (Michael Stacy) and the Business Manager (Brian O.), In fact, Brian discovered an extended warranty on the car I traded in and returned it to me in order for me to claim a rebate. Michael put up with my returning to the showroom on several occassions to help me program the car to the way I wanted it set up. He went above and beyond in helpfulness
