A huge thank you to Mike Bush (Sales) and Terry Weiver (Business Manager) for their incredible help in getting me into my new set of wheels. I live 4 hours away and was able to work with Quest Auto Sales personnel over phone, text, and email - so I could purchase my new vehicle. Mike Bush even offered to assist me in getting to the dealership by agreeing to pick me up at the bus station, (after hours!), so I could make it to the dealership and get my car. (I ended up getting a ride, so wasn't needed, but what a great guy!) The dealership stayed open late to accommodate my crazy schedule. I arrived (late), car was warming up, gassed up, and after 10 minutes of finishing paperwork, I was on the road back home! Thank you to Quest for your great service and awesome car!

Happy buyer!

Let me start by saying I avoid dealers and salesmen at all cost. But now I was desperate to rid myself of the money pit I owned. I found what I wanted online at Quest Auto and showed up as they unlocked their doors for the day. My credit is less than perfect and I was upfront with my salesman, Al. He suggested we start with the credit app and assured me they'd get me approved. They all jumped over backwards to get the van out on this miserable, below zero, snowy day. When I pointed out the tires didn't match the ad photos they threw in a brand new set of high quality tires. Al treated me like a family member, got me approved without requiring me to jump thru hoops and they made good on the tires, AND relieved me of my boat anchor. The next day, after purchasing a new battery we still had issues with the van starting. Al had me bring it down and they looked it over front to back, top to bottom and dealt with the issue. I held back from writing a review until I had my tires on. I picked it up and as agreed I owed nothing and they even upgraded the tires. I have never had such a great experience at an automotive dealer. I strongly recommend these guys and especially my sweetheart of a salesman, Al. Happy car shopping!

Wonderful Place!

I live in Colorado. I purchased my car from just the pictures, video and talking with the owner at Quest. All my paperwork and financing was taken care of before I arrived. When I got to the dealership, everything was perfect, as expected. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Quest Auto Sales. Thanks Mike!

Have checked put by your own mechanic

Purchased a car in September from this dealership. Was told that they had done and oil change and filter before i picked up the vehicle, had black oil, hadn't been changed. Within a week of delivery transmission was going out. Had to replace transmission and also upper bushing on left front suspension that was bad. They do not do a very good job of inspecting a vehicle and performing maintenance. Basically only clean it up.
