Bought A Maintenance Package it EXPIRED. NO NOTICE

Had 3 oil changes in a maintenance package. My last trip where I spent $1,800.00. Nobody bothered to tell me what I paid for had an expiration date. They honored one of the 3 oil changes I had left, no tire rotation or notification on anything else. I will not be buying my next Silverado High Country at this dealership.

Justin Bruning was awesome. Very helpful and professional. Not pushy about trying to get a sale. He was the first one to come out and talk to me in the cold to see if I needed anything. He was very helpful and courteous. H&H needs more sales people like him.

2013 Chevy Cruze

After 2 weeks of H&H having my car and not calling me I was told to fix it would cost 7,000. The next day I was told 12,000. The only thing they did was a simple compression test. Needless to say I pulled my car from there.

We scheduled an appointment due to a recall. We also asked for a valuation (for trade in).We expected and were told it would just be a few hours. We got there and were told it would be about 4 days. No part was order. I mentioned our dissatisfaction to the rep who contacted me later wanting to know if we would like to schedule a new appointment for the valuation. We were then told it is procedure to have the client in for the first appointment to pay for the necessary parts and schedule a second appointment for repair. Problem with this is, it was for a recall, the person I scheduled with knew that, we shouldn’t have had to pay anything. No, we will not need a valuation from you. We have not been happy with past experiences here and this was the last chance. We are planning to buy a new car soon. Anywhere but here. Click

Have had past issues with my Impala and Josh E has been extremely helpful in listening to my concerns and willing to spend the time to fix the issue, The issues with the vehicle were not caused by the dealership, but a third party for parts. I appreciate Josh and his team taking the time to look into my concerns.

Bait & Switch

Bait & Switch! They advertised online 6 new 2020 AWD Traverse LS for $28,195 if you trade-in & finance. I have a 2015 AWD Traverse with 44k they valued for trade at $11k. $28-$11=$17k, right? They want me to agree to financing $25k. I say no, so they come down to $20,900 even though $17,195 would be correct. Guess what? They said all new Traverses there have a $3900 floormat/undercoating/nitrogen tires package which isn't advertised or included in the $28k price.

Timely service

Had an issue with our 2014 Equinox that needed repaired as soon as possible. Our service manager got us in he same day. Didn't even need to bring the car in til later when the parts were at hand. In and out in a flash, despite the fact that they were having a very busy day! Awesome care!

DISHONEST

I Went in with cash to buy a 2014 Camaro and they told me that if I didn't buy thru their financing plan it was going to cost over $5000 more! Their explanation was.... the price that I was quoted was an internet price that included a $3,000 GM rebate and special financing . Also, the CASH price IS NOW the MSRP.... But, when I asked them to show me on the internet listing they - of course - couldn't find it . (WHO THE HECK PAYS MSRP FOR A CAR) There was A lot of back peddling with the H&H general manager . OK, SO I'LL PAY THE LOAN OFF WITHIN 10 DAYS! He said that I'd have to wait at least a 120 days and there would be a $107 a month due each month for interest + fees ( their interest rate is 5% ) Really,,,,,when was cash declared unacceptable as a form of payment? I'm not an inexperienced shopper and definitely not an inexperienced car buyer. SO I WENT TO GREG YOUNG CHEVY AND GOT A BRAND NEW 2015 CAMARO FOR $ 5500 LESS WITH WAYYYYYYY MORE EXTRAS !!!!!!! FULLY LOADED !!!!! I described the incident to the general manager of Greg young Chevy, and he told me that GM would never allow such a thing to happen, obviously when you obtain a loan through General Motors you can pay it off early . Greg Young was also offering zero down and zero interest with $1,500 in cash incentives ( the cash was not calculated into my savings ) so I actually paid $8500 less @ Greg Young Chevy. I WILL NEVER GO TO H&H AGAIN.
