Misleading Marketing Calls

Do not trust any marketing information, sales flyers, special events, or phone calls from Copple Chevtolet. They are misleading and not entirely honest. After receiving a flyer followed by a promotional call and driving over an hour to the dealership, the promotional call totally misrepresented a company offer. I will never buy anything from this dealership since they are not totally honest and forthcoming. If they use trickery in a promotional offer, how can you trust them and the vehicles they are selling?

Love my Brand New 2016 GMC Canyon

Awesome dealership. Erik started dealing with me online. Erik and Copple GMC made me feel like a valued customer even before I met anyone from Copple GMC. I live about 40 minutes away. I just wanted a Mid Sized pickup and a great price. I got both at Copple GMC. I will do all my future transactions with Copple GMC. My previous Dealer was a Chrysler Dealership that I had done business with for 25 years. They do not offer a mid size pickup. I also learned that buying a car was much easier at Copple GMC than it was at my Chrysler Dealership. I was treated better and offered much more. Erik, and anyone I dealt with made us have that feeling of Welcome. Thank you. Byron R. Engler The Lease Manager was also very kind and patient. Chris did not try to hard sell us on after packages and or things we did not need. Chris worked hard and gave us the best deal on a Lease. Thank you Chris.

Car buying experience with Copple

My wife and I were looking for a new Traverse and we live over an hour away. Kirk was willing and able to work out the deals over the phone without us having to make multiple trips to the dealership. That saved us a ton of time and headaches. Kirk was sick the day we came to look at and pick up the vehicle. We met Chris, the sales manager who made sure we were being taken care of. Mark finished everything else for us, show us the vehicle, test driving and educating us on the vehicle. The Copple Chevy team really worked as a team with us. Thank you very much. I have also already referred a friend, who is looking at a Traverse, to Copple.

They were great with my situation. I had an extremely strict budget and they made sure to fit what I needed into my budget and make it work for me. They saw the previous car I had and knew I needed a car very soon. They were all very patient also helping me learn the car. I've never had a car with Bluetooth or OnStar and they help me set it up. The newest car I have owned was a 2000 so they made extra sure I felt comfortable in the car as well as about fitting into my budget. Very very great experience for it being my first time working with a dealership.

Very good treatment from Kirk and Marshall. They did a great job at getting the trucks that we needed. Much better than dealing with dodge or ford dealers in the area. Understood what we were looking for and worked diligently to find it in a week. Worth going to Louisville to not deal with Omaha dealers.

The experience was great, we were deciding between a few vehicles and it was a difficult decision. What eventually drove us to choose the Acadia Denali was the service we received from Marshall, Roger and Brandon and the fact that the GMC Acadia is one we notice on the road and take a second look at, it drove great and the service plan is excellent. Always helpful and very professional. Definately will recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. Only thing that concerned me was when I picked my vehicle up before we signed, I did not know that my payment would be increased due to the extra milage put on the car. Had I had known that, I would have waited till the day we signed to pick up the car vs getting it a day early but otherwise I have no complaints. The customer service is great and I love that we were able to get a nice car without having to have a high payment because they are able to work with you.

We were very happy with Roger especially with his communication style via emails and on the phone. Sean took care of us while Roger was out of the office which was seamless. Everyone cared how we were treated and made sure we had a great experience. It was a hassle free negotiation and respectful. I requested a price with incentives and had my trade in valued over the phone close to KBBV and more than Husker Auto who physically inspected the vehicle. Mike Kuhl honored the agreed price once we had the car at the dealership and sold me the vehicle at the price I requested with a smile. We had one mistake with the paperwork and Michael made it right by sending a driver to Lincoln so we could resign everything the next day. My wife and I really appreciated that convenient service. Copple blew the doors off our Husker Auto experiences! Better customer service and a better price on the same vehicle. I would definitely recommend Copple to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Drive that money saving mile, it's worth it! Thank you everyone for everything, we couldn't be happier.
